Absolutely love this vet! It is the only one I would recommend in the area and I travel 40min to get to it. I have had my cats to several other vets and they either continuously miss diagnosed my cats for their stomach issues or I had one vet who tested for their issue and tried selling me their brand food and said I may need to have all these tests done before he even had the test results from the test he ran that day! This vet is very professional and helpful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to help me find a cure on my first visit, without changing the cats food or any tests. The only complaint I would have is the wait time once youre there. Each time I have been there I have waited 30-60min in the actual patient room before a doctor comes in and it takes another 30min just to check out. Its not something that will deter me from coming back or recommending this vet, I just would recommend to not schedule anything for 2 hours after youre appointment time.

There are not enoough words to express my gratitude for Dr Pucell. Even before my dogs were her patients I called her about one of my Akitas who was having bladder issues no one could seem to figure out. She called me after hours and talked with me and came up with a game plan. I knew then she was the vet for us. That was 11 years ago. Today she was with me when it was time for one of my Akitas to go to heaven. She was wonderful as was all of the staff to both me and my beloved Stormy Cloud. I am grateful.

I have been taking my beloved pets to Boiling Springs Animal Hospital for 21 years. The staff is polite, educated, friendly, gentle and compassionate with my pets and rescues. Kathy Purcell, my favorite vet, is hard working, dedicated, extremely intelligent and compassionate. Shes gone above and beyond to care for my animals. I can never thank her (or her staff) enough for all they have done to keep my pets/rescues healthy. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I would trust no one else with my fur family!!

This is the worst Vet I have ever been to. I was visiting my mother and my dog had a problem. I took him to this charlatan who proceeded to run her had down my dogs back and tell me he had back problems. My dog is very sensitive to pain (or a big wus) and would definitely tell me if he was in pain. My dog runs, jumps and is happy as a clam. Also her assistant was quite condescending, I may look young but there is no reason to be rude to your clients.

Solid care and respectful of pets from what I can see. I have no complaints about the services they provide and they seem to do their best to work with you..... The stars I give when I rate - if I recommend, 5 stars and if I do not, 0 stars. I hate faint praise.....

The most caring, compassionate vets ever! They have always been highly skilled and sensitive, but have now really gone the extra mile. Dr Purcell managed to make it in and take care of my cat and other animals during this 3 foot blizzard, saving my kittys life!
