I have known the owners of this practice for four years. The quality of service they offer is on the highest level possible in the national veterinarian industry. Everyone should be aware that only around ten percent of the nations veterinarians are using a holistic approach and actually are treating the animal and curing it. Most of the other non-holistic, corporate practices are just treating the symptoms with pills, which not only dont fix the problem but cause numerous side effects. The products that are used and services that are provided, have the intention on being the most quality ones that can be used on the market, even they are not the most efficient in terms of covering more health conditions and cutting costs. All of the vets and techs love what they do and want to provide what is best for the animal.

The veterinary care that Pets First provides is unparalleled . We have had two dogs in the 10 yrs we have lived in Haverford and have always received top notch care. Dr. Harris is a gem. She is knowledgeable and cares for your pet, as if it was her own. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My only small complaint is with the young female receptionist. She was rather curt, short and rather snarky as I was paying my bill. Maybe its that pervasive millennial attitude.......

Bad. Office is dirty and rundown, the staff has no bedside manner/are rude and the doctor communicates very little. Its disconcerting, especially when resulting bloodwork indicated my dog had elevated kidney levels- I was told she was "in kidney failure" and to come back in three months to recheck her levels. Please dont take your pet here.

We have gone to Pets First for over 7 years and are always please with the knowledge and compassion of everyone who works there. Dr. Hyde has gone above and beyond for us on a number of occasions and we always enjoy visits with him and Dr. Harris. We will continue to bring our pets here for years to come.

These people love pets! Especially our German Shepherd since at least one of the vets also has several of the same breed. They are always easy going and relaxed around the animals and humans and are happy to have any level of interaction with you. We never have trouble fitting in an appointment.
