Worst Dental experience of my life. I decided to switch dentist after my second visit. Before I decided to switch, I had gotten a prior authorization for a partial plate approved. After calling the office for months trying to get hollyland to call the insurance company and remove that claim so that my new dentist office could get a prior authorization approved, I ended up having to drive into the office to get ahold of them. They rarely answer their phone and put you on hold for a long time. I would put negative stars if it were allowed.
