Dr. Burrell is an excellent eye doctor and he is very caring towards his patients. When my son developed a pink eye condition a few years ago, I took him to a local ER, and the P.A. at the ER misdiagnosed his condition. She prescribed incorrect medication and his condition got worse. A school nurse higgly recommended Dr. Burrell, and we went to see him right away. He correctly diagnosed his condition and treated him right away. He even called later to check on my sons condition. My son recovered from the eye infection very quickly thanks to Dr. Burrells help. Last week, my son had a minor eye injury due to being struck in the lower eye lid with a tree branch. His eye was swollen, so I took him to Dr. Burrell right away. He is all better now thanks to this excellent doctors care. I highly recommend this eye doctor.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Burrell s. Both he and his staff are very attentive and professional. I like that he has a diverse patient population and he is very knowledgeable and hands on. He always answers my many questions and the interns are a delight to work with as well.

Customer service is terrible. Optician and reception staff are rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant. Services are only available on limited days.
