It was a big deal for me to take time away from my responsibilities to get help for my back pain. I was told I must come 3 times a week for 3-6 weeks (and then decrease) and that appointments would be 30 minutes. After weeks of all appts taking an hour, I expressed that I simply did not have that kind of time to spend. The staff assured me they would try to be more efficient. I had ONE appt that was 35 min and the rest were filled with a lot of waiting around. I then had an appt that was 90 min instead of 30! I got no apology or explaination. My second set of x-rays showed that my issues got worse instead of better. I was told that I had to keep up the appointments. I tried. I went from March 2017 to July 2017 (going 2-3 times a week - except 4 weeks after being placed with twin infants). I would not recommend East Earl Chiropractic.

Demanding and receiving payment in full at each visit, they submitted the insurance paperwork and had the money sent to them without my consent even though they had already received payment in full. Seven months now and they still have not returned the money they collected from my insurance. Repeated calls and emails have resulted in one excuse after another and still no money. Find an honest Chiropractor or demand any insurance money be sent directly to you as they have no business having it sent to them if youve payed in full.

I agree with fellow reviewer Russell Mead. I had a similar experience. East Earl Chiropractic owned by Daniel T West will rip you off the first chance they get. They do NOT care about your health and force you to sign financial documents you dont understand under duress while your back is in PAIN and spasming. Guess what?
