Absolutely amazing chiropractor that is knowledgable and genuinely interested in seeing you be as healthy as you can be. Ive been to "pay as you go" chiropractors, and they did more harm than good because there was no rhyme or reason to their treatment. Dr Chad and his staff take X-Rays that determine what the problems are, and develop a treatment plan that is designed to see you become healthy and strong. I know this is difficult to understand for those who are ignorant of how chiropractic care should work, but after using Dr. Chad for almost two years, I wouldnt trust my back to anyone else, and I am very thankful for him. My entire family (my wife and 4 kids) have been treated by him for just as long, and my wife hasnt suffered the headaches she used to, and our family has been healthier as a result. If you are looking for a chiropractor that will crack your back, take your money, and not ask questions, Dr Chad is probably not for you, but if you truly want to be healthier, I would recommend Dr. Chad in a heart beat.

SCAM! Run away!!! They give you the whole shpeel about how your back is bad and your neck is bad and its amazing you arent in more pain. "You need a minimum 36 month treatment, totalling $3500. Would you like to pay 1/3 of it now or would you prefer a payment plan?" Excuse me? You havent touched me! Why would I pay you anything! I asked to pay per visit for services rendered, but they "dont have the staff to process payments every visit. So we need the money up front" OOookay... you clearly think Im an idiot. What a SCAM. Disgusted. If I could report them for fraud I would, but I didnt give them the chance to rob me. Also I think they changed their name from Planet Chiropractic so the other bad reviews would be erased. I know I reviewed them when this happened to me in 2015, and now its gone.

They offered "free" consultation for which I had to take time off work in order to be able to attend (all appt were filled) so "free" has left the equation. After taking time off of work and traveling an hour to the office, I was told that my appointment was not in the book and was turned away. The office manager did not even offer to reschedule or offer any assistance besides an offhanded "sorry" then asked what I wanted her to do. Customer service stinks here. The doctor called me back and simply put told me he had bent over backward by offering the "free" consult and I should not be put off by my lost time and salary since there was no fee. Never again...beware of "free" offers.

Dr Chad cured me of chronic TMJ jaw pain! I had unsuccessful surgery for it 22 years ago and this past year it had gotten so bad that I had seen 4 doctors for it and been prescribed pain meds for it 3 times-which didnt help. With ONE adjustment I was pain free immediately and it has continued to be pain free now for 3 months! I went to him for my back and neck, but had left the 4th MD earlier that day that I saw Dr Chad and he told me he might could help-might not-but he could at least look at my jaw and let me know. Well, he didnt just help-it has been COMPLETELY gone for probably the first time in my life! Who would of guessed that one?

Chad Jenkins and his whole staff are the real deal. They care about their patients and each other. I initially started with the Wellness weight loss program and lost 35 lbs. in 43 days. After the first few weeks of weight loss, I decided to get adjusted to help deal with stiffness and pain that I began to feel about 20 years ago which were the result of a head-on collision I had experienced 15 years prior when I was 19. A year later, there is still 35 lbs. less of me, and my stiffness and pain have decreased. Both the chiropractic and weight loss practices are staffed by folks who really care, and it shows. Highly recommended!

Dr Chad did what I call the impossible!! My wife suffered from anxiety attacks and after many trips to the doctors and many meds, she was no better. We went to the free consultation and started treatment with Dr Chad. My wife has not had any more issues since starting treatments.
