Had a horrible experience with everyone at the facility the woman in billing is the rudest ive ever talked to. When my daughter was about to be brought home when she was first born she saw Dr Lancelloti for not even 5 minutes he checked her reflexes and breathing the usual and that was it. Now Im getting billed for $550!! For a date that my daughter never even saw him she was out of the hospital at this point. Trying to clear it up with the insurance has been difficult due to the woman in billing being so rude and not helpful. Called last night and was told to call back with insurance rep we called back not even 5 minutes later 15 minutes before the office was closed and what a coincidence that the office phone had been changed over to the answering service and no one was answering the phone when the woman tried to transfer the call! Even the insurance rep commented on how rude everyone was towards us. NEVER again going to ephrata well span as long as Baca pediatrics is involved.

Im very flip floppy with this doctors office. I love how easy it is to get in for an appointment, same day, sometimes same hour as calling. When you get in there is little to no wait time. Dr. Lancellotti is very knowledgeable. I also had him when I was a kid, so did my sisters and brothers. He is however very brief with your children, you dont have enough time to tell him something before he is running out the door. I trust him though, thats the only reason why I stay. The other doctors Im not very fond of. The front counter staff and nurses are rude, and awkward. I do not like them. They need new staff. You walk in and the ladies act like youre inconvenient. There are people standing around up front, in which looks unprofessional. I recommend the doctors office for two reasons Lancellotti and the ease of scheduling. Other wise dont hold your breath on staff being polite.

This is the worst Doctors office I have ever been to. The staff is rude. Theyre always standing in the front office when you walk in. Dr.Lancelotti is extremely rude. He makes you feel like your bothering him by even being there. Didnt even spend 5 minutes in the room for either of my childrens check-ups. I actually had to ask him to stop and check my daughters rash as he was hurrying out of the room. If he had done a proper check up he wouldve noticed it. I am a certified medical assistant and worked at a pediatricians office for four years, so I know what Im talking about.

The one older male dr is horrible, he is on and out of the room in legit 2 seconds, when you are explaining what is wrong with your child he cuts you off. Hes horrible with shots. Hes not gentle at all, pretty rough with toddlers and infants. My daughter was sick (couldnt keep anything down & didnt pee for 24 hours) and he told me to wait another 24 hours which was wrong. We had to put her in the er which she should of went thw day i took her to him.. He horrible!! But the younger gentleman and the lovely lady dr, are amazing and they actually care.

Dr. Lancellotti is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. He has bent over backwards to take care of all of our children, never hesitating to work them in immediately when they are sick. Our daughter has had life threatening conditions on more than one occasion, and we are convinced that his quick decision making has saved her life. He has called our home to check on one of our sick daughters and taken care of another son in the hospital. I could give countless other examples of 19 years of pediatric care of our eleven children. Five stars for sure.

Helpful front desk ladies. Dr. Doesnt try to feed you bs. They dont force vaccinations either. You can choose none at all or slow and small doses that fit your pace. They dont cram antibiotics either. They allow you to chose how you want your children to get better. Antibiotics or natural remedies. My oldest has been seen for check ups and my younger two get check ups as well and the baby was Ill once and very well taken care of by this office.

My daughter sprained her wrist yesterday and with going up to the hospital to get xrays and seeing Dr Lancellotti we were back in the car in 40 minutes! I drive a good 25-30 minutes to go to Baca because even with the drive I will be in and out faster then any Dr office around here! Generally our time in the waiting room consists of being called seconds after we sit down, and then the doctor comes in right away!

Dr. Lancellotti has always done a great job taking care of my three children. I do not find him rude at all. He is quick, but from my experience, he is usually accurate as well. I first met him when my oldest daughter was 2 yrs old and was in the hospital with rotovirus. He was very tender and caring with her.

I got to know Dr. Lancelotti when my son Arthur was born in 1998. Since that time he was my choice of pediatrician. I never had any negative experience with all staff. The longest waiting time in the office was less than 5 minutes. I am a nurse myself and have a great respect to that practice.
