We are new patients to Konikoff Kids and couldnt be more pleased!! My two children were previously being treated somewhere else and the last appointment we had, my daughter had a terrible experience. I didnt feel is if the staff was being vigil enough to keep her calm and assured during a procedure. She has a terrible gag reflex and literally at one point was choking on her own spit, I had to be the one to literally reach over and sit her up in the chair so she wouldnt choke. . Needless to say, that scared her very much; and made me not want to ever send her back there again. I researched other places and found Konikoff kids. From beginning to end it was a smooth and easy process to make and appointment and to be seen. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Ladies that answer the phones and work the front desk are so sincere and nice!! The wait time was none at all. From the second we walked in the door my daughter felt welcomed and safe. The whole staff was quick to answer any questions and explain everything to us. The dentists and assistants are gentle and talk the kids through everything they do. Very Very happy with the choice we made. My daughter is no longer scared of the dentist and that to a parent is a wonderful thing!! Oh and the prizes they give the kids at the end, are not cheesy dinky ones. The kids really love them ;)! Highly recommend!!!

Konikoff kids has been amazing for our family. We have been able to successfully without trauma have each of our childrens teeth cleaned from our typical 9 year old to our nonverbal autistic 8 year old to our one year old. It is difficult to find a dentist who can handle our very strong eight year old but in just three cleanings he is calmer and easier to deal with because he trusts them and they dont get frustrated or hateful with him. He senses how people feel about him and reacts accordingly. They were quick with my 17 month old, which I was grateful for. Thanks to Konikoff I dont have to dread taking my kids in to the dentist and I know my kids will walk out the their office happy and the rest of our day will be okay. Thats a big deal for us and one less thing for us to worry about. If you want your kid to grow up with healthy teeth and a sense of security about seeing a dentist, I recommend Konikoff Kids.

By far the BEST dental practice weve taken our kids too. Our oldest (who has severe anxiety and SPD) absolutely loves it here! They have iPads (in the wall) in the waiting room and a little movie area for the kids to relax. They have TVs in the ceilings and a little playroom/waiting room back in the actual cleaning area. They let them pick a little toy after each cleaning. The staff is hands down amazing. They make sure to explain everything to your child so they dont worry. They show them each tool and tell them what it does. They worked so well with our kids. Weve been back a few times now for checkups and cleanings. Always the same awesome experience. Id totally go here if they took adults as patients. lol! Id definitely recommend them! (And have to several families!)

I recently took my 2 year old to Konikoff Kids, he had an amazing experience. My child take a long time to warm up to new people and relax doing new things. At Konikoff he immediately felt comfortable in very child friendly waiting room (with 3 iPads for the children to play with!!), the dental hygienist who cleaned his teeth was amazing! She told him everything she was going to do before doing it, and the dentist was very friendly!! I was so relieved to have a wonderful first experience for my son! I would highly recommend them!!

Definitely recommending this office. Brought my son here for his very first dental visit and it was awesome. We were brought back by the assistant Candace and she was very nice and personable. She explained the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. The office is super kid friendly with iPads on the wall and a play block full of things for kids to play with. Even when taken back there is a play area for the kids. Overall I was very pleased. Cant wait to take him back for his next visit.

All of the staff were wonderful and they have so much to keep the kids occupied and entertained during their visit. Everyone we worked with was kind, warm, and patient with the kids. They know how to make the kids comfortable but also pushed them as far as they can to get the most out of the appointment. I have a 2 and 4 year old and truly feel like they are getting the treatment and attention they need while also learning that the dentist isnt such a scary place after all!

I called 3 times to update my daughters insurance information and to confirm her appointment date I left a message once with no return call, the other time I got transferred to an operator which then sent me into the loop to another operator and then the third time I left a message with no response. this place is too busy for my child to be another number in a list of Records. And each time I left a message I allowed 2 weeks for a return phone call that never came.

I am very upset and disappointed in this place was told to come 30 mins early to fill out new client paperwork and they did not let me come in due to a meeting. Day prior to the appointment i received 5 calls from 2 diffrent people telling diffrent things. I drove all the way her to be told they are closed for a meeti g. We have found a dental experience that my kids actually LOVE to come to and they are never ready to leave. We literally use to have prepare and calm my oldest just to get him in the car. Now he looks forward to seeing his dentist because he feels cared for! All three of mine do. That means so much to us. As always the staff and dentists at Konikoff Kids have gone above and beyond to provide my kids with a wonderful kid friendly visit. Dr. Amy and her staff did a great job with a nervous toddler and handled her well. My 6yr cant wait to have her visit with Dr. David later this month. Were so happy we found Konikoff Kids when we moved here 3yrs ago, theyve been amazing.

They are amazing with my son, all staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome! They do a wonderful job making the kids feel comfortable and are willing to make any accommodations to make sure your child has a pleasant visit. Dr. Amy is terrific she is so friendly and energetic her personality is just right for her job shes a blast!

I chose this office based upon my experience with konikoff of harbor view. Im so glad I did. I dont want my daughter to have my dental anxieties, and this far it has been am awesome experience. Extremely clean, cheery, they welcome parents into the dental prices with their child, and they have all had a great sense of humor this far. :)
