Waiting room has formula commercials on television. Makes me wonder if they support breastfeeding. Only one toy in the well child area. Nice that there was a separate area for sick and well children. They ask for a social security number in the intake form which is off putting. Staff was good with children although the suggestion of a "girl" pink bandaid or a blue "boy" bandaid was unnecessary and revealing of the kind of old school mentality of the office. Doctor Meeks was not very engaging or accepting of an alternate vaccine schedule. Would really not even discuss with me. If my child was very sick they might be ok, but I didnt feel welcomed here. Seemed like they are not interested in getting to know me (the parent) in the least.

Dr. Livingood is awesome!! My oldest child (5) had been seen with a previous physician for 4 years prior to meeting Dr. Livingood. After finally switching to her office she hit the nail right on the nose with my childs healthcare needs. She diagnosed her with her first visit and made sure to follow up every time we came in. She now cares for my youngest child as well and shes doing fantastic at meeting our healthcare needs. If you want a thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, physician that is Dr. Livingood!! Im so thankful I can trust her with my childrens lives!! She has cared for all of the children in my family and I hope she sticks around for a very long time!! ❤️

I have been taking my kids here for years, but the quality of care is severely declining. I now trust urgent cares more. Twice now, within the last month, my son saw the same doctor who missed pneumonia and then asthmatic symptoms, both times needing serious care. The first time he was misdiagnosed with an ear infection, when it was full blown pneumonia. The second time, it was passed off as a cold which is true but he needed breathing treatments & is now being watched for asthma. The first time could have been VERY bad if I had not taken him in. I am going to switch as soon as I can.

Ive taken all three of my kids to this practice from infants through teenagers and highly recommend them. Although Dr. Cauley has been our primary, weve seen everyone at some point (sick visits) and they are all very caring, genuine and personable. We have a number of issues in our family, from autism to type 1 diabetes (diagnosed by Dr. Meredith at age 2), and they have been attentive and helpful as we try to make the best decisions. We have had nothing but excellent care in a friendly atmosphere from this group.

Been going to Pediatric Associates for 14 years with all 3 of my sons. I absolutely love the doctors, nurses and staff!! They have always treated us kindly. My sons love their doctor and are comfortable while there. I think some people look for things to complain about like lack of toys and advertisements on the tv.. maybe you should pack your child their own form of entertainment and pay attention to them rather than the TV while waiting...

Lovely Dr. - we asked for Dr. Livingood for both children. She tends to be booked so we had to wait 1-2 months. Nursing staff & front desk very very slow however. We had to leave without paperwork as it was not finished after over an hour (well child visit) & they did not give my paperwork vaccine history I had brought back. Appears to be poor communication between front desk & nurses. However we will continue to visit as we like the dr.

Pediatric Associates has been our pediatrician since 2007 when my first son was born. I could not be more pleased with the medical staff and doctors of this practice. We have been lucky enough to see the same doctor for every well visit to build rapport, however, we have seen other doctors for sick visits and have felt very confident with all doctors regarding our childrens medical care.

This place sucks. You will never see the same doctor. I have been in there about 10 times and Ive seen a different doctor every time. Theyre snobby, they treat you like yourre retarded. Youre essentially a number in their revenue. When you do see the doctor, you never get a clear understanding of what is actually wrong with your child. My advice, go somewhere else.....

Love, love, LOVE this group! Been with them for 12 years..our six children enjoy every visit..from the nurses to the doctors..Awesome experience everytime. The doctors are knowledgeable...compassionate..understanding and gives you the utmost respect. Wouldnt take our children anywhere else.

Absolutely love the staff very patient and attentive. Dr Kirshenbaum and Dr Mason-Leslie are the absolute best. And Marsha is wonderful with both my kids front desk staff is friendly. Wouldnt want to take them anywhere else.

All four of my children have been going to them since birth. I have referred them to family and friends. The whole entire staff is incredible.. Any parent would feel great about having their child at this office.
