When I recently got my cavities filled, I had to wait an hour after being given a numbing agent before the dentist came in to work on my teeth. After the dentist had finished preliminary work, the certified hygenist proceeded to try to do the fillings. When she could not get the bite quite right, she did send for Dr. Werleman, who checked the bite and said it seemed fine to her. It was not. Also, as we were running over my allotted time (which I did not have control over as I had waited for an hour before the dentist began working on me), I heard the hygenist and assistant complain that it was already into their lunch hour. With all of the high technology equipment and the insistence I get a crown taken care of before any more cavities were filled, in the end, my number 4 tooth (which no one had addressed as a problem waiting to happen) broke about 4 days after my appointment. I had to go to another dentist as an emergency to get a temporary fix. The office staff is nice, and I believe the hygenists do the best they can do, but I was not pleased with the hurried attitude of both Dr. Guk (whom I saw for a routine exam in January) and Dr. Werleman (whom I saw for the cavity repair and missed the number 4 tooth which broke 4 days after I saw her). One has to be careful about the billing as well. Originally, I was supposed to have 3 cavities filled, but Dr. Werleman said only two needed to be done. After I left the office and came home, I realized that I had still been billed for having 3 cavities done, so I had to call the office back to make an adjustment. Nothing was said to the billing department about only having 2 cavities filled instead of the 3, so check your billing carefully. N.B. as I cannot respond to your response below: I answered you on your Facebook page in more detail as to what transpired, so I will not repeat those detailed comments here. As I said, there was a discrepancy between what you said was a priority to be restored and what I was told by the dentists and what I have on receipts from your office as to work to be completed along with my own notes about those protocols. You have seen that response on Facebook and replied to that as well. However, I did note that you blocked me from commenting further, and now I am blocked entirely from your page, even though I wrote a thorough review and was writing as honestly, politely, and respectfully. Like you, I had no further comments to make on that thread so the blocking on your part was totally unnecessary. You wrote that I am welcome to call the office or come by for a visit to discuss this further, but to be honest, the fact that you decided to block me from your page, in itself, speaks volumes that the invitation to call or come by appears feigned. What it does tell me, however, is that people should look elsewhere for another dental provider.

Dr. Werleman, Dr. Guk and the entire staff not only are extremely professional in their clean and relaxing atmosphere, they are so kind and friendly from the moment you walk through their door, have your procedure done and check out. I neglected going to the dentist because of a strong fear due to past bad experiences. I waited until an issue to be seen and I was extremely nervous. Within minutes I started to feel a calm overcome me as they examined me and explained what needed to be done. The procedure itself was not what I expected and was virtually painfree. They are so into making your experience a stress free experience and go the extra mile in all areas to do so. I regret waiting so long to go but feel so blessed I am now a patient of this wonderful office! Do yourself a favor, if you are hesitant about going to the dentist or even if your not, give Dr. Werleman and associates a chance to make your smile beautiful!

The treatment I received and the professionalism of Dr Werleman and the staff is great, 5 Stars. Couldnt give 5 stars overall though because when I went to settle my bill for the crown, for some reason, they tried to tell me that I owed the full cost of the crown treatment because neither one of my dental plans had crown insurance. Thats incorrect. My husbands dental insurance does have crown coverage. Yet when I was at my previous appointment for my cleaning I was given the estimate , which included my crown coverage, of somewhere between $400 -$500. I showed them the estimate that they gave me previously. Eventually the office person was able to figure out the problem and then I was charged the correct amount. Additionally, There have been billing problems in the past. They are always helpful in trying to resolve the discrepancy, but I wish that it wouldnt happen so frequently.

The Highest Evolution in Dentistry - I have spent my life not knowing that a dental practice could be so evolved. While my expectations have moved past anticipating the dental barbarism of my childhood, I never dreamed of the technology that an evolved dental practice might use. Dr. Werleman and Associates showed me this new vision of dentistry. And I have never had such a PAINLESS dental experience! Beyond the technology and available services, I found every staff member to be friendly, efficient and amazingly helpful. They were able to pull some of my old, out-of-town records from archived locations while I was still at their office! And speaking of the office, the Eichelberger Building location feels more like a spa than a dental practice. I am very grateful to have found a new dental practice. Well done, Dr. Werleman and Associates!

!st the office is in what looks to be an old school building. Very Cool. 2nd the staff was very warming for someone coming there for their 1st time. 3rd a staff member walked me around the office in route to where my exam room to show the layout of facility, and equipment 4th the Oral Hygienist after taking x-rays, walked me through what was going on with my teeth with pictures and made sure I understood her recommendations, and recommended some items to help with care of my teeth 5th Dr showed up within minutes after my review of x-rays. I feel that shows a genuine care for the patient that its important to the Dr. to see you promptly 6th Dr. talked over with me what was found and the procedures needed to fix issues 7th made appointments as I sat in exam chair. 8th the Office Assistant, Lindsay, is quite the looker!!

I had not been to the dentist in over five years before I went to see Dr. Werleman due to dentist anxiety and previous painful dental work. From the moment I walked into Dr. Werlemans office I knew I had found my dentist. The staff is warm and welcoming. Someone showed me around the office and introduced me to everyone. Dr. Werleman talked to me before my exam so I could discuss any concerns to her. Every visit has been as pleasant and pain free as the first exam. Even check out is a pleasant experience. You know how much you are going to have to pay because they write it on your reminder card when they make your appointment. Now that I go to Dr Werleman, I actually sleep the night before an appointment.
