i have been to this office several time my self my wife normally takes the kids and every time i go they make you wait a half hour in the waiting room the they put you in the room to make you wait a min of another half hour they book the appts so close together they dont consider your time they will make you wait and dont care . like any other business they should have a clue how there customers feel but they just dont care . i never even got a im sorry the 3 times i walked out for waiting. and i have expressed my self the best i have gotten is the doc was running late this morning .. but by an hour thats crazy let any of us come in a hour late and see if we get seen by the doc. choose another office i am looking for one now. gil cruz

Dr. Acharya is phenomenal! She has seen both our kids since birth and they love her as well. I do agree with other reviewers that the receptionists can be very rude. There are two women who work at the front who have been there forever and they are not only very pleasant but also very knowledgeable. But the rest of them are usually miserable. I tend to overlook that as Im not there to see them anyway. But I do wish someone would either reprimand them or replace them. But the doctors are great especially Acharya, Tan, and both Garcias!

Today is a sad day for our family due to insurance purposes we must leave this practice. We thank you for your dedicated support and medical attention to our son. Dr. Kera Garcia was very important in pointing us in the right direction for treatment for our son. This is in my opinion the best Pediatrics office in Harrisburg. Much love to you and your staff for almost 6 years of exceptional service to our family.

I love the doctors but the receptionists are rude! They insist we havent spoken with a doctor, but when I provide the cell# I received a call FROM, they can verify it is one of their doctors. If the grandmother happens to take my child to teh apopintment, they will tell her something and when i call to clarify they tell me shes nuts. If you didnt have to go past the receptionists it would be just fine.
