I have had issues with chronic hip bursitis for over five years. I am only 30 years old now, this problem started when I was 25. Every orthopedic doctor I went to had the same list of choices for me. Physical Therapy, Cortisone injections, surgery. Needless to say, I was very leary of having any type of surgery at my age, especially on a major weight-bearing joint. A little over a year and a half ago, after trying about half a dozen orthopedic doctors with no decent results or extended pain relief, I decided to try chiropractic care. I was immediately impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of his office staff, and the way I was immediately welcomed upon stepping into the office for the first time. When I met Dr. John, I was put at ease by his extensive knowledge and years of experience. It also helped that he himself discovered Chiropractic to help with a chronic pain issue. Since then, I have been receiving care under Dr. John and have experienced such a change in my quality of life. Instead of waking up every day in some maner of pain, I wake up feeling refreshed and, for the most part, pain free. I could not be happier with the quality of care and dedication of Dr. John and his staff, and have and would again refer any one who is dealing with a chronic pain issue. I also was in a very serious car accident last June, and Dr. John and his staff didnt miss a beat in adjusting my care plan to help me heal. I was amazed at the detail they went into regarding my accident, and the addition of adding massage therapy was just fantastic. I have no adverse side-affects from that accident. Since being a paitent of Dr. Johns, my pain levels have dropped to only minor aches and pains for the most part. Do I have days where I get up and Im sore and still in pain? Yes, but dont we all have days like that? I recommend ANYONE who has ever thought of trying Chiropractic to make an appointment at Madeira Chiropractic today. Dont wait and suffer needlessly in pain, take it from someone who used to wake up and not be able to stand up straight because of how much pain I was in. I am new to chiropractics-- I have never been to any other chiropractor in my life. I became a patient of Madeira Chiropractic at beginning of July of this year. In that short time, I have been beyond impressed at the level of care Ive received, and had the realization of how lucky I am to have experienced Madeira Chiropractic before anyone else. The practice advocates patient education, which I was particularly pleased to find out. Every staff member displays both knowledge and tremendous bedside manners. I am very comfortable with all staff members, and truly feel as though they are taking my best interests to heart. Dr. Kayla impressed me at my very first consultation, in which I quickly felt comfortable speaking with her. I tend to be introverted and shy, but she put me at ease very quickly, and has a comforting presence. I received a voicemail from Dr. John after my very first adjustment-- he simply wanted to make sure I was feeling okay, and to see if I had any questions. I remember quite clearly that my jaw dropped as I listened to it-- that level of care is unheard of. I am always, always (without fail!) greeted by name by either Jordann or Melissa, who are both phenomenal in all facets. I received a massage from Melissa, and was once again impressed with the quality and personalized nature. I have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality and the constant back pain that Ive had since I was a teenager, and in such a short amount of time! I am excited to see what the future holds for me-- if Im feeling this great already, I cant imagine what I might feel like in another 6 months or year! I cannot recommend this facility or their staff enough. Youll come for the state-of-the-art methods and satisfaction after adjustments; youll stay for the quality of care and cozy, family-oriented vibes.

I started Chiropractic medicine about 3 years ago. Dr. John Madeira was highly recommended to me, from many people I trust. One of my biggest issues were by spine and hip. I immediately felt results in my spine; however, my hip was a different matter. After several treatments, Dr. John realized and told me that Chiropractic medicine could no longer help my hip He referred me to an Orthopedic surgeon. On his own time, that evening, at home, he called a well qualified and friend, to discuss my hip symptoms and x-rays! The very next day, the surgeon called me for an appointment. (this in itself was miraculous to me!) We made an appointment within the week. (normally it takes months to get an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon.) That is the mutual respect they have for each other and the surgeon trusted Dr. Johns assessment of my hip. His references to a qualified doctors, for his patients, have obviously been discussed concerning other patients. I had the surgery I needed. I respected the surgeons expertize and professionalism. I am now free of pain, in my hip. Most importantly, I am now able to walk without pain. I can play with my grandchildren!!!!!!!!! I continue to thank Dr. John every time I go to his office to have an adjustment. Dr. John, Dr. Kayla and all of the staff are exceptional!

For several years i have been suffering from sever lower back, knees, elbow, and neck pain, which led to seve headachs. Well, several doctors, mri, and xrays later, no one was able to help relieve me of my pain. This pain took my active life away from me. Not knowing where to go for relief i decided to try chiropractic help. This lead me to Madeira chiropractic. I was very skeptial and a bit nervous but Dr. Madeira and Dr, kaylas knowledge and strong conviction that they could help me eased my concerns. To my AMAZEMENT, after only two weeks of treatments i had no neck pain and no headachs. After one month my knee pain was gone. I am sleeping so much better. Its been two months now and i can exercise with little pain. Plus i stand taller and stronger. If you are looking for a natural way for relief of pain, I highly reommend Madeira chiropractor. Their whole staff makes you feel like your part of their family. Dr. Madeira and Dr. Kayla dont just give you adjustments, they educate you so you understand what they are doing and how it will benifit you now and for a healthy life. Life changing experience! For those who have had in the past some sort of chiropractic care, believe me when I say that this is completely different in the most positive way you can imagine. From their state of the art technology, to their amazing and friendly staff, to their very flexible schedule and amazing overall care! They truly make you feel welcome and at home! Im so blessed to have found them! Dr Madeira and his staff are super knowledge and professional. And for those of you who have never tried it, believe me that you wont regret it! Its truly amazing how from day 1 you feel the difference, more energy, and your overall health starts improving right away! The type of care you receive here is FAR better than anywhere else! Im a migraine sufferer and have been for many years and they have been able to help tremendously with that and my overall health!
