When I first took my 9-yr-old Border Collie here a few months ago, she wasnt doing so well, always lethargic, depressed, sometimes limping. We couldnt do any real walks at that point. As it turns out, the Lyme Disease she was treated for by another vet a year ago or so, really did a number on her condition, and I was wrong in thinking it would just go away entirely with one course of antibiotics. This, together with her diet, truth be told, as I always bought the cheapest, carb-filled thing. Now, a few months later, her pain is totally under control and she has lost about 10 lbs after the new diet we put her on, which honestly doesnt cost that much, is available at Tractor Supply, etc. She looks so healthy and happy and were going on long walks every morning now and she does great. We even caught her leaping with joy over some planters on the porch a few days ago! If you want to do whats best for your pets so that they can lead a happy and healthy life, take them here. Its never too late to start regular affordable vet care, even if youve been a little lacking in the past, like me. The prices are reasonable and the walk-in Friday clinics are a convenient and cheap way to get nails trimmed, vaccines, etc. in addition to having them examined at another time. The exams weve had have always been very thorough and lengthy, no one is ever trying to rush you out the door, the needs of your fur baby come first!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I appreciate the low cost service they offer, and there was 1 nice person there doing a good job. The other lady there was horribly rude, and I considered leaving before my cats got vaccinated just because of her behavior. I watched her nastily tell 2 kids to get out of the doorway because they were in her way, she did nothing to hide her irritation that they were busy, she demeaned the nice lady to a customer when she made a mistake by letting someone else go before that customer by snottily saying "I TOLD her to take you next. Shes new, she doesnt know yet." When she got to me, she was in such a rush, that she wasnt explaining things well, and she was snippy with me. So when it was my turn, I was going over the information again with the nice lady, and she said, "I already explained it to her 50 times." Who says that right when the customer is sitting there and can hear them? I had had it with her at that point and said, "No, you explained it to me once and youre very rude." Her reply was, "No, Im not". Really? Well then Id hate to see her definition of rude. Thank you for the service you offer, but you need a serious customer service overhaul!

Today we took our cat to the vet. Weve had him 2 weeks and this was our first vet visit as pet owners. They couldnt do our scheduled neuter because he was sick, which we totally understand, however, they were so rude and pushy. We kept telling them we didnt know what to do or what was the best option and they were so snippy and insensitive. Just because clinics cost less and may have some volunteer workers, does not give them the right to give poor customer treatment. We will never go back here. We will never recommend them. Id rather give my money to an expensive vet who cares than some charity case who is ungrateful, rude, and insincere. Good Riddance.

Ive called to ask questions and they were completely ignorant and insensitive. They made it seem like they just wanted to make money. Plus I took a cat there where they pulled teeth saying that would fix the problem and it never did. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The customer service alone was just terrible.

My mom called to see if they would see her dog as an emergency cause she was visiting a friend near by and they were rude to her and hung up. Vets where i live in VA are much nicer.

Prices are good. I think the customer service could be friendlier. However they are straight up with you. No fake stuff. I like that. They took good care of my pet.
