I felt like I was scammed. I took my dog in for constipation and was told I could purchase a Premium Savings Plan "at any time, for any age dog." Well, after getting a $720.00 bill I asked to sign up; I was told that I could not do so because my dog was "unhealthy." I followed their directions over 48 hrs and my dog remained ill. I called them a day later and brought her in; I was CHARGED for an office visit and was told it would be $650.00 more and if that plan didnt work, $550.00 more on top of the $1400.00 bucks. I took her to another vet who managed to treat my 9 year old pitbull mix for $175.00. They did the EXACT same treatment plan as the $720.00 plan. I was in disbelief. I was treated well by th staff; however, the doctor only cared about the money. I would never trust this place for a sick animal. I will continue to share my story.

Excellent neat and clean facility, cant believe how they keep it that way- ABSOLUTELY no smell. Surprising welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Prices are quite reasonable. Im glad I found this place just by chance as my furry kid was sick on Sunday afternoon and they just took me in and saved me a lot had I gone to the ER. They ran all blood tests right there, diagnosed and treatment started right away. I strongly recommend Family Pet Hospital to every one. Great doctor, great staff and best of all take walk-in emergencies. What a great experience!!!!!!! Thank you so much for taking such a great care of my pet.

I started going here with our first fur baby over 2 years ago..We signed up for the puppy plan, and it has saved us so much money as it includes the spay/neuter! It also includes comp office visits amongst other discounts! Now that our Harley is an adult dog we have transitioned her to the dog plan which is just awesome and includes dental and yearly core vacs..we recently welcomed a new puppy into our family and enrolled her in the same plan! Dr. Iqbal and the staff are always accomadating , professional and preventative which I love and the vet tech Shelby is so nice and friendly , my dogs love her!

Worst customer service and polices EVER. WARNING DONT GO HERE> RUN This is the second time ive had a problem with them. I dont know HOW they get good reviews. Got scammed in to this puppy plann Im paying monthly for literally nothing. Now Im locked in to paying for it till July. They charged my fiances Amex card WITHOUT permission to do so. Then they were closed so we couldnt get a response now the so called office manager is no where to be found and the staff has no way to contact her OR correct the charge. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I have been attending this Hospital for several months now, and I have to say I am really impressed by the staff and doctor. They are friendly and absolutely willing to work with the owner and pet. The pricing so far has been exactly as expected and the puppy plan is not a scam at all. It has saved me money and includes the spay/neuter. I switched to this vet after visiting chadwell animal hospital ( also an excellent vet, but slightly over priced) and could not be happier. Dagger and I will continue to visit for a long time!

I drive about 45 minutes to take my animals to this vet because they are absolutely incredible and I cant imagine taking my loved ones anywhere else! Accommodating, friendly, caring...everything you could ask for in a provider for your fur babies. I have all of my pets on their yearly plans, which for keeping your animals on track and healthy, just makes sense!

We drive 45 mins to come here. Dr. Iqbal and staff are very competent, caring and personable. We have had 3 other dogs and have previously gone to a local vet., so we can honestly compare. The savings plan is a good deal and worth getting. Dont be influenced not to choose this caring vet. by a few irrational reviews.
