I just wanted to say that when I was diagnosed at the Lancaster (Greenfield) VA satellite location, that the staff was kind, helpful and professional. Specifically I would like to thank Andrea at the front desk for her exceptional help with getting me scheduled for an X-ray at the Lebanon VA Hospital within 2 hours after my exam at the satellite location. I also wish to express appreciation for Dr. Jackson, who was able to prescribe certain exercise activities and the need for an X-ray, both of which my wife (a Doctor of Physical Therapy) agreed strongly on (showing his professionalism and knowledge). And also, I want to the the X-ray tech, Douglas, for his thorough X-ray procedure. I felt very honored to have served in the Military when I was met with such kind help from the VA like this. Thank you so much for all you do for the Veterans! Blessings...

So far so good. I have been forced into early retirement due to severe heart failure where it will not handle any type of surgery and only pumping on a scale from <10% up to 30%. Plus diagnosed with acute PTSD, sever depression, schizophrenic psychotic disorders with psychotic breaks. Yes I admit to being a hot mess but so far real good. Ive seen Dr. Jackson for medical review and Dr. Soe for my mental issues. Ive just begun turning my medical and mental needs over to the VA. Only had one other appointment at Coatesville and it wasnt for the fault of any one doctor or any one person, it was the hospital itself I would have to be heavily sedated to go back
