I have never had someone treat anyone make my wife feel the way she did about herself today she felt like a criminal they the nurses made her feel this way she has prescribed medication and they decided to give her the run around because she was scheduled for a refill and the doctor messed up on the dates so there like hey let me drug test you and make you feel like you did something wrong. Well thank you for making her feel like a criminal when all she wanted to do was go to see her doctor and have her taken care of I can tell you this as of April 1st I will no longer have anyone associated with my family wife children and every other family member or coworker returning to that office again and I will also be filing a formal complaint with legal rights and contacting the better business Bureau thank you eastbrook for making my wife feel like crap just like the way you treat your patients.

this place does not know what good customer service means. all of the staff had no idea what they were doing, creating a very immature, unprofessional environment. the staff member doing the bloodwork asked if i was getting blood done and i said no and she replied with "okay good because were closed anyways". how rude. then the referral staff member yelled at me for folding a form i had gotten.... you cant do that. kim, the receptionist did not make my payment clear and fought back when i started complaining. the only nice person was the doctor himself. this whole place is a joke and i will not be returning.

Probably the worst and rudest in all of Lancaster county. Now I know why I got myself out of there and my son is next. They forget to put him on the schedule today and yesterday they canceled because the practitioner called off. Yet they will cancel your appointment God forbid you are 8mins late due to traffic. I doubt this place will last much longer.
