You can not get them to answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold forever. I have been trying for over a hour on hold. They are the once that left me a message to return the call and can not get though. Why answer the call if you are just going to put us on hold. This happens every time you call there. I have been a patient for over 5 years and it just keeps getting worst. I would see another doctors office the kind of doctor that care about there patients not just the money

Three stars is only because I liked my doctor, but getting an appointment is painful. Ive called multiple times and been put on hold forever to the point they forget. Once I arrive the receptionists are so rude. One more than the rest. Dark haired one. Wouldnt even make eye contact with me. Now my doctor left so now I have too. Used to be a friendly place. Not anymore.

Stopped by at 5:10 on a Friday, the not very friendly receptionist stated they would be open until 5:30. Nobody was at the front desk, waited over 5 minutes, called out and nobody answered. The waiting room smelled of cigarette smoke, I suspect that someone was in the near by bathroom smoking. Terrible place, no service at all, very poorly run, will never go back.
