I have been going to Anylabtestnlw for almost 4 years. The last time was such a horrendous experience Im not sure Ill ever go back. The Mennonite women couldnt find my file and gave excuses for not being able to find it. I didnt believe her reasons because like I said I have been a customer for almost 4 years. I questioned her on how was a customer supposed to feel about the professional competency if records were missing. When she gave me my instant results, which was the second time in four years that I submitted to an instant screening, she handed me a piece of paper. While I understand that my comments may have thrown her off, she continued to mess up. I told her the last time I was here they handed me a sealed envelope and I wanted two copies from now on if my file simply went missing. She made a copy, then handed me an envelope. At this point it was a bad bad joke. A sealed drug test result does not mean licking an envelope shut. I had to walk her through placing the results inside, and sealing it with red tape. She tried to correct me on everything I asked for but Im glad her other employees had followed protocol well enough for me to stick to what I recalled from previous visits. She was the only employee there at the time so I was stuck with her. When she handed me the envelope a second time, I looked for the employee initials on the red tape and she forgot to do that as well. I was pissed. These test costs $50 a pop. Figuratively peeing down the toilet and she was still upset and annoyed with me?! The feeling was mutual. I never followed up with the owner because I was so upset I had to waste energy and time being bullshitted to and fighting her over how her job was typically done in the past.

They say they open at 7:30am Monday-Friday. Third time Ive been here at 7:30am and they are not open. No one Is here still and its 7:50am. Horrible for business, especially because some blood test you have to get done in the morning.

I choose any lab test because Im in ans out in minutes. The cost is very affordable not like med express you get charged triple or more and have to wait at least 30min before being called back.
