Saturday front office staff very rude, angry, Short with customers. Long wait times. I thought maybe it was just one front staff member but after going there several times on Saturdays I noticed they all have the same general attitude (doesnt seem like that terrible having to work a Saturday). Staff working during the week M-F seem nicer. People who actually do lab work draw blood etc. are usually nice/professional. I would go someplace else but it is the most convenient location and the only lab covered by my insurance. Front office must have outdated admin technology because they never receive electronic lab orders from my doctor but then complain about the amount of paper my doctor’s office sends. They don’t like to discuss anything with you until you are called. Ive witnessed them not even want to check if they received a fax until a patron sat for an hour. So you can potentially sit there, get called, then be told they can’t help you because you don’t have correct paperwork. Its almost comical some times until you realize you have no other options.

This review is actually from Idalmy Figueroa. Front desk personnel were very rude and one of them was even using profane language in front of me while with another client. She dismissed me like I was a piece of s!%#. It made my already bad day worst. The attitude sucks, not kind or professional at all. They act Line they ate doing is a favor, when it is because of us they have a job. This company really needs to get to their employees and show them professionalism and courtesy. Customer service is not a priority in this labCorp in Abigdon Maryland. Only one that was nice and professional was the lady that did my blood work, the front desk was very disappointing.

I went to this place on Saturday since my doctor requested I get lab work done and this one was covered by insurance. I read the bad reviews but went in with an open mind. These terrible reviews are confirmed. The front desk ladies are awful people. I was belittled when I asked a question about one of the take home tests and I responded that I dont do this type of thing everyday and she scoffed. I was also mocked by the questions I asked. Its like they have some kind of anger towards patrons. I will avoid this place even if I have to pay to go somewhere else. I dont want to support their business and I will be calling to speak to their manager.

Front desk employees are out of line.Go somewhere else and save yourself from needing to bite your tongue when you see the eye rolling and whispering from the front desk about people who come in. Seriously, Id drive the extra miles to never go to this location ever again, they are extremely rude, which is sad because the technicians are fantastic. If I ever acted like that at my workplace, Id be fired, its amazing that they havent been based on other peoples experiences as well.

Worst front desk staff ever! Keep your rude comments to yourself and if you hate Mondays so much then maybe you should take off that day and keep your attitude home. By the way, if you upset them because you have questions they make you wait longer. Watched everyone go back in order of how they were signed in until they skipped me 3 times. I chose to bring my business to you. Now I know to go to Quest from now on.

Didnt have to wait long and the technicians in the back are absolutely wonderful, but the front desk woman got an attitude when checking in, I know its a weekend and you dont want to be at work but try not to make everyone else miserable too.

I never have a problem nor do I have to wait long at this location. Every tech I have had so far was awesome, knowledgable and friendly. I dont go to any other location but this one.

Do NOT take your young children here! They were AWFUL with my 1 year old and extremely RUDE. I will never go to this location again.
