Amity Petterson
This went beyond poor customer service, the lady in front was downright mean. When my name was called (last name), she mispronounced it as Peterson (no big deal, Im used to this), but when I asked Petterson? to verify I was the right person, as Peterson is a common name she muttered under her breath "Peterson, Petterson" - not an "oops" or "sorry" or even "my bad," but muttered like I should be apologizing for having my name. I had a weird order, but I remember the issues that were had the last time I was there, so I said that last time it was a paper order, and that she and another lady had to call a bunch of people to figure it out last time. She told me she wasnt there , said under her breath "we all look the same" and they dont do paper orders. Another lady who works there (and who remembered my weird order) told her that what I said was right, and said that she was there that day. I have never been made to feel so belittled for something so simple as getting my blood drawn.

Absolutely AWFUL. My wife just called me in tears. She made an appointment for blood work on our 1yo and arrived early to find that the door was locked. Another person was all ready there knocking on the door. The woman who answered after at least 5 minutes of knocking said that she "suddenly looked up and misread the clock so she locked the door". I dont know how this happens, perhaps she fell asleep on the job? The nurse or tech who was supposed to draw the blood was unable to do so from either arm and never once apologized or made any attempt to sooth or calm our daughter or my wife. She told my wife that it was her fault for not giving our daughter enough water (our daughter had just finished a bottle). While it might not be easy to draw blood from a 1yo it is easy for most people to have sympathy for a baby. This woman couldnt even do that. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The people working at this lab are both rude and incompetent.

I will NEVER go back there again! Ive had many, many blood draws in my life and never had such a terrible experience. Aside from the rudeness, the tech was extremely rough (such that I said to the Waiting Room as I left, I hope you dont get her. She was rough cleaning with the swab, the tourniquet was SO tight and was snapped into place, she jabbed the needle into my vein (I have very easy veins), she was digging around in the vein as she switched tubes and I knew there would be bruising. I expect the possibility of bruising from a blood draw, but my arm was black and blue over an area the size of a grapefruit---and I even had bruises on either side of the tourniquet, which Ive never experienced before. While the elbow bruising subsided after about 6 days, it has now been 10 days and the bruises on my upper arm are still visible. This person needs to be fired and should work at a job that doesnt involve people!!

Will never go back to labcorp again. Wasnt allowed to take my steroid prescription until I had blood work done because it would negatively impact my diabetic hgA1c report. They took 5 tubes without issue called me the next day after I had already taken the steroid to tell me that they "didnt have enough so didnt run any of my tests" absolutely unacceptable. The staff all acted like doing their job and having patients was interfering with them sitting on their butts all day and doing nothing. I cant stand people who cant atleast act like they enjoy their job. I would recommend they close down this location immediately. I would give 0 stars but then I couldnt leave this.

Ok, I actually felt a need to give this place a little credit. Ive been twice in the past 3 months now, the second being this morning. Both times, I was in and out in 15 minutes, without an appointment. I will say the front desk overall professionalism/politeness/public manner - both in person and on the phone - could use a LOT of work...but ultimately this place is just fine. The other thing of note is how terrible their hours are, but Im not holding that against them for the sake of this review. I see a lot of 1 and 2 star reviews, and frankly in my limited experience so far, dont see how those are viable.

I wont return to this location. I have to use Lab Corp because of my insurance, but I drive to Rosedale to use that facility instead. At the White Marsh facility, there is no privacy, it is dirty looking and feeling, and worst of all the tech was unfriendly and left me incredibly bruised. She couldnt have cared less. That has been my consistent experience, so I am done. Obviously Lab Corp doesnt care because insurance makes us use them, but the people at the Rosedale/Franklin Square facility obviously are more professional and take pride in their work.

Never going to this location again. I had to get a 1hr glucose test. I called at 8 in the morning they said if I was there by 2 they would see me, I signed in at 205 because someone was signing in in front of me,then waited 40mins before they called me back, then said oh we cant do this test. I was so mad I had to leave work early for this test its not my fault that I wasnt processed in a timely fashion.I had rush to a different location. Ill never go to that location again.

Receptionist is rude, yell patients names instead of going to the window. I asked a question and I received an answer loaded with an extra side of attitude, for no particular reason. I told her you do what you have to do and she replied, "Im telling you what I have to do.", with a whole lot of attitude. Plain unprofessional and rude. They also work extremely slow. Receptionists first question to me was, "Where your medical provider is?" Cant even speak proper English.

This place sucks. I agree with other reviewers! People that work there are unfriendly, dirty, and not professional in the least. I had someone who jammed the needle in my arm and was horrible. Worst blood draw ever. I doubt they read these reviews or care because I have always heard horrible things about this place at White Marsh. They need new employees and to get some training from Quest and other professional places. Dont go here.

Wow! Staff is miserable. The lady that drew my blood was the most miserable person I ever met. I actually feel sorry for her because the look on her face isnt pretty. Maybe if she smiled it would be better. She couldnt even speak a word to me and ignored me when I spoke. Its amazing people like this can keep their job. If I treated people like that at my job, I would be fired. I will for sure spread the word about this location!

I will never go back to this location. Staff are rude and arrogant! Treat you like you feel nothing. Lady that was drawing my blood was looking somewhere else at the same time she was drawing my blood and the needle was going in and out.. so unprofessional. When she was done, all she said was bye and all I did was look at her.
