Wonderful experience, from the first call through the last follow up. Dr. Jinna is an excellent Dentist, with great professionalism, and a humble personality. The whole experience was very warming, and finally cured my loathing of dentistry in general. I called one night around 6pm with severe tooth pain, and he was able to see me the next morning. They promptly escorted me back to the room, took an X-Ray, diagnosed the issue, and extracted the tooth. The entire process took less than 30 minutes, and was almost completely painless (only felt slight pressure during extraction). Dr. Jinna then gave me some advice on home care for the next few days, and sent me on my way. I did have to schedule an appointment to come back in a few days later, though I unfortunately could not make the follow up appointment, and made the mistake of not calling the doctor to let him know (if being slammed at work is a valid excuse, I hope he accepts it). I called him the following day and apologized for the "no call- no show", and he advised me to come on in. I met him an hour after the phone call, he checked me out, said things were looking good and prescribed some antibiotics. I again apologized for not letting him know I was not going to make it on the previous appointment, and though he did seem a little (understandably) agitated, he told him not to worry about it. Again, excellent experience, and if I could give this office more than 5 stars I would. Audra, at the front desk, is also a wonderful and warm person to work with. She kept me laughing and her smile was infectious... I mean, whats a dentist for if not smiling? I hope her office values her as much as she deserves. Thank you all again, I couldnt have asked for any better treatment.

I CANT PUT INTO WORDS HOW GREAT OF AN EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE!! I HAD 2 ABSESSED MOLARS THAT WERE CAUSING ME SO MUCH PAIN THAT I WAS SCARED TO GO TO THE DENTIST, EVERY DENTIST I WENT TO WANTED TO CHARGE ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND DO EXTENSIVE WORK TO TRY TO FIX MY ISSUES. I CALLED EXCEL DUE TO A FRIEND REFERRING ME TO THEM, I SPOKE DIRECTLY TO THE DENTIST WHEN I CALLED, AND IT WAS A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, HE TOLD ME TO COME RIGHT IN!! 1ST THING THAT WAS SUPRISING, SAT. HOURS, AND HE INVITED ME TO COME RIGHT AWAY!! NO WAIT!! HE SEEN ME, GOT ME STARTED ON ANTIBIOTIC AND TOLD ME TO COME IN TUESDAY TO HAVE THE 2 TEETH REMOVED, WELL SUNDAY I CALLED HIM BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER BEAR THE PAIN, AND AGAIN TO MY SUPRISE HE ANSWERED THE PHONE, AND WELCOMED ME TO COME RIGHT BACK IN . SAID BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES!! I WENT IN AND HE PUT ME RIGHT IN THE CHAIR AND PROCEEDED TO EXTRACT BOTH OF THE TEETH THAT WAS CAUSING ME SO MUCH PAIN.. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW FAST, AND PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY THIS PLACE IS!!! I WILL BE GOING BACK TO SEE HIM THIS WEEK TO HAVE SOME FILLINGS DONE, AS WELL AS IM SWITCHING BOTH OF MY DAUGHTERS OVER TO THIS OFFICE FOR THIER BRACES!! AGAIN, MANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH DENTISTS OF RECENT AND THIS WAS FINALLY A GOOD ONE. I WOULD SEND ANYONE TO SEE HIM, AND HE WILL GLADLY SQUEEZE YOU INTO HIS SCHEDULE, WHEN MANY OTHER SECRETARYS WOULD PUT YOU OFF FOR WEEKS HE DOES NOT!!! CANT SAY ENOUGH, I CAN HOWEVER SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING TO GET ME OUT OF THE PAIN I WAS IN!!!! TIM S.

I have MANY experiences with MANY dentists and dental offices from specialists, to students, to very private small offices to HUGE very well known dentists... And I have to say this is the 1st and only time I was truly satisfied and felt the need to write a review. The Excel office is easy to find, VERY clean and very comfortable. The girls at the desk are so kind and helpful. I have had to call off hours a few times and my call has always been answered. They have been so accommodating with scheduling me. They work at more than one office yet find a way somehow to be available Quickly anytime I needed them. I cant say enough about how fantastic my experience has been here thus far. And last but not least, Dr Jinna has been amazing. He makes sure I understand everything hes doing before he does it. He literally talked me through and was very supportive through my whole procedure. He was quick and very thorough. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I have had the same thing done at other denist offices and literally cried from fear when I got to excel because of how painful and bad my previous experiences were. But he understood, and was SO wonderful. I could go on forever! I will be taking my son there now, and already have friends making appointments after seeing what a great job he did for me! I recommend him so highly! THANKYOU DR JINNA & AUDRA for Everything!!

Ive been to so many different dentist and I have never been able to find one that really understood me. Im still kind of new to the area and Ive only seen one other dentist since living here-and I wasnt very thrilled with that one. Finding a non-judgmental dentist with patience, understanding and skill is quite the challenge. This past Saturday, I woke up in severe pain. I had two teeth that were very bad. I called everywhere, trying to find a dentist to see me. My husband found Excel Dental on Google and I gave them a call. I was first greeted with a pleasant, friendly and concerned receptionist. I made the call at 2:00 pm and she told me to come at 3:00 pm. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the friendliness of the receptionist and the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room. I didnt even have to wait! Dr. Jinna is amazing!!!! I had to have two teeth extracted and he was very gentle. Ive had a few teeth extracted before and Ive never NOT had pain afterwards. Today is Monday, and besides a little soreness, I havent had any pain at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Jinna (Excel Dental) to anyone and I will continue to drive an hour and twenty minutes from home for my dentist appointments. Im so thankful I have found a truly wonderful dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Jinna and the staff at Excel Dental Inc.

I am usually a big skeptic when it comes to online reviews. This morning I woke up with a very uncomfortable toothache. Now, as a registered nurse I know how weekend emergencies go and was completely surprised when I called Excel Dental and got a direct connection with the Dentist. This made me a bit alarmed because I really just couldnt believe someone would be willing to come in and take care of me. Dr. Jinna was wonderful. I had had trouble with this particular tooth for a few years, and ultimately knew I would probably need a root canal... but I was terrified. The root canal lasted about 40 minutes. The dentist took his time and was meticulous with his work. He did a great local block so I hardly felt a thing. Im a pretty big wuss when it comes to tooth pain/procedures, so for me to say it didnt hurt means a lot. Dr. Jinna explained everything while he was doing it also, which helped ease the sound of the drilling! I would recommend this practice to anyone (not just for an emergency). I plan to use Excel Dental as my primary dentist in the future and I am from about 40 minutes away. All and all, excel dental made a potentially horrible problem "no big deal." Thanks for everything.
