Worst Experience EVER! 1) Immediately had a HIPAA violation. My patient history was handed to another patient and I was handed hers. The front desk worker was non-apologetic and refused to destroy the old forms and give us new ones. I was also required to sign approval of a policy notice and instructions which were not provided and could not be produced in full upon my request. 2) Dentist told me I had bone loss before he even looked at my x-rays. If its true, hes a magician - best case I need to pay out of pocket for a second opinion because he rushed through my exam so quickly. 3) Dentist told me I needed 2 fillings - the lady who comes out to get you to pay before you play showed me that they wanted to charge me to do 6. Why do I need 6 if the doctor said "2". Their explanation was that he said "a couple, not 2". In english, "2" and "couple" are synonyms. For the record, he said 2, not "couple". In either case I was misled and when I asked for clarification the doctor was unavailable. 4) Our appointment was for a cleaning and then a checkup. There was no hygenist available whatsoever and they refused to give us normal cleanings. They wanted to add on extra products etc, but there wasnt even a hygenist there for our appointment times. 5) I was told to come in an hour earlier than my appointment because they had an opening. I left work early to get there 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and still didnt get seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. To summarize: we didnt get cleanings - our exams were too brief to be accurate (my total exam lasted about 45 seconds, not including the x-rays). Our time was wasted, and they tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars when all we really needed today was a routine cleaning and checkup. STAY AWAY!!! This is not a professional medical practice - there are 2-3 managers/administrators for every person wearing scrubs - thats where your wasted money is going. This practice is a money mill for whoever owns it - not legitimate dental care.

Been to this location on multiple occasions. Continued issues with incorrect appointment scheduling records (one time on the card they gave me on my last visit / another time in their computer). Confusion between computerized appointment reminder system / reminder calls whereby I would confirm appointment with computerized system - but office unaware of confirmation. Also, the office closed on a non-scheduled basis one day - and I was not informed. Only upon driving all the way to the office and knocking on the door did I find the office dark / closed. Multiple billing mistakes which required correction by me with my insurance company. On most recent appointment which was supposed to be for a cleaning and check-up, they did the cleaning, but forgot the dentist had not seen me. When I requested that he "stop by" for my exam, he finally arrived - appeared very disinterested and did a very quick exam which I did not feel confidently addressed / assessed any issues. This is not a recommended dental location for me - they have a very long way to go to make this a satisfactory dental office.

1st visit: tried to sell me everything under the sky, electric tooth brushes, oral cancer exams (dont smoke), teeth whitening, braces (i have straight teeth) 2nd visit: was getting fillings (5 - ouch) and doctor hit nerve when injecting my gums and caused my eye to go numb for 30 minutes...didnt even apologize 3rd (and final visit): i went in for a cleaning, and they gave me a deep cleaning which i hadnt asked for and charged me $100. i paid and asked manager for money back - she refused. i filed better business bureau complaint and manager flat out lied saying that i threatened her staff (if i was so threatening and so angry about the $100 i wouldnt have paid)?!? the manager (begins with an M) was the rudest person ive ever dealt with over the phone. so what did i do? not only did i not go back, but i took 15 of my employees with me and convinced a few other customers to leave as well. take that! i now go to some place behind aventura mall, in a small plaza with a walgreens - cant remember their names but theyre awesome

Absurd! According to Rosa Borges I was NOT allowed to get regular teeth cleaning for whatever reason. I have cigna dental care and regular cleaning was supposed to be $25. She walks in with a $1000 quote and forces me to get advanced cleaning. I told her, I only needed a regular teeth cleaning and she refused to provide me one. Her words were: "you need intermidiate cleaning, we cant give you the regular cleaning until you pay for the intermidiate cleaning". So from now, you are obligated to pay thousands of dollars before you can get a normal check up and regular teeth cleaning!!!

I have been a patient for as long as I can remember! The staff is absolutely amazing! Im practically a regular and the entire staff makes me feel safe and secure, awesome bedside manners! Rosa has always gone far and beyond to assist with financing and treatment. Samantha and Amanda always so helpful scheduling appointments and accomodating my schedule. Doctor Berkowitz and doctor Godoy are the best in the field! They are soooo reassuring and always make sure Im taken care of. I wont let anyone else treat my teeth! They know what theyre doing!

this place likes to eat your money do not recommend, if you miss an appt they will charge you $120...I understand maybe no more than 50 bucks but $120 to pay before you get or FINISH treatment is pushing it...the specialist doesnt make you feel comfortable he talks way too much with the workers instead of just doing the job, the hygenist was not consistently taking saliva because she is distracted with the conversation, all in all this place is a horrible experience I was just scared in my seat...less than professional environment

Im a very apprehensive patient and the staff was very patient with me. Dr.Godoy did my exam and I ended up needing a deep cleaning. (Geannys) The hygienist explained why I needed a deep cleaning and she also probe me and gave me more understanding. Also, the front desk was amazing and they where able to work around my schedule for my next apt. Over all an amazing experience and I think a found a dental office for the first time that made me feel comfortable and not so nervous . Looking forward to my next apt

THE BILLING LADY IS THE RUDEST PERSON WE HAVE EVER MET. They refused to give us just a normal regular cleaning until we payed thousands of dollars for an "intermidiate" cleaning. Why arent we allowed to just get checked up and get a normal cleaning? I have never experienced this anywhere else. Do not go there, even if you have the best insurance which was our case, they will rip you off and the billing lady will just kick you out instead of trying to work with you!
