I live in NY and my daughter goes to college in Miami. Like most young adults,they only take care of teeth issues when a painful problem occurs. I was extremely nervous when she called to say that she was in so much pain and she needed to have her wisdom tooth pulled. I instructed her to contact our insurance for a referral, and also call around for a dentist. Ive heard horror stories so the reviews were important. After searching the internet; she selected Fain Dental Arts. I have to say that they treated her with excellent care, and even billed our insurance when they could have collected money for the entire procedure. When she called to tell me that she was done I was amazed at how fast it was. My daughter even stated that it was the best experience , and getting two wisdom teeth pulled was not as bad. She even said that the staff was pleasant and she will return as long as she is in school. Thumbs up and thank you for taking care of my daughter. Grateful Mom.

The Hygienist Elypsia is wonderful, but Sylvan, not so much. I would not recommend going to see him unless you want to be treated a business transaction that has unlimited time on their hands. After my teeth cleaning from Elypsia, I was sat down in a room in which I waited for about 1:15- 1:45 hours for Sylvan to grace me with his appearance. After he came in for about 3-5 minutes, he answered a couple of questions that I had and left the room for another 30 minutes. I sat there waiting for him to come in until I could no longer take being treated like a worthless chump. Thanks but no thanks, I will never be going there again. Also, keep an eye on the Xray lady, she was literally shooting the Xray machine through the top of my head downward onto my teeth. I almost had a heart attack when I saw what she was doing.

Gentle dentist, with excellent skills. I have a mess going on from neglect, fear and it just being so expensive to get dental work done. This doctor was able to build a crown and manipulate the tooth behind it which has a bad cavity and caused 0 pain! He offered medication but as it turns out I didnt even need a Tylenol or Motrin! Thats skill because Im not tough. His staff is understanding and really trys to work with your finances and schedule. Im new to this practice but this doctor seems extremely competent. I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years and am very picky about health care. professionals The practice isnt high end or low end its middle of the road, but I have a lot of work that needs to be done and I plan to go back and if asked will write a follow up- but so far GREAT!

I had an emergency where one of my veneers (front tooth) broke off from another dentist. I was a new patient, I called Dr. Fains office and his incredible staff, squeezed me in the same day. (Thank Goodness!!) Even though I had a temporary veneer while the permanent was being made, the temporary looked amazing! No one knew. Hes an artist! Then I got the permanent veneer in, and again, same day they squeezed me in. It looks incredible! The next week I got my teeth cleaning and their hygienist made my teeth look amazing. I am so extremely happy. And heres the best part... They just want you to have a healthy smile. No sales jobs, no pressure, like many other dentists in todays environment. Just good, honest, care and comfort. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved to Miami from NYC. We were looking for a great dentist in our area to replace the great one we left. We had high standards because of the excellent work from our previous dentist. We were pleased to find Dr. Fain and his wonderful staff. During my wife’s second appointment a crack was found in a tooth that had an old filling. Dr. Fain and an assistant started the process for a new crown this week. Thus far, she is not experiencing any pain or discomfort. The final step is to replace the temporary crown with a permanent one in a couple of weeks. Also, we had our teeth cleaned by Edi, which was another positive experience. She is very through and careful.

Dr. Fains office definitely deserves 5 stars. The waiting room is very clean and modern. I felt comfortable talking to Dr. Fain. He listened attentively to everything I had to say about my dental concerns. His advice was sincere and caring. I did not feel like he had to rush to his next patient like I have felt at some other dentists offices. The staff and hygienist were friendly as well. The hygienist offered to show me proper flossing technique and also patiently answered questions I had. Its not often you can say you look forward to your next dentist appointment. But with Dr. Fains office, I actually do.

Loved this place for as much as you can love going to the dentist! I had extensive work done that required multiple visits over a few month period and I was always kept informed of the next steps. The price was great and the end result was exactly what I expected! Ive gotten multiple compliments! As an added bonus, all of the staff is wonderful and friendly. They, along with Dr. Fain, made the experience enjoyable! I would recommend this office to any and everyone looking for anything from a cleaning to cosmetic dentistry.

I can only say good things about Dr Fain. Besides being super competent, Dr. Fain helps make a dental patient like me, a classic "scared-to-death type feel relaxed and able to actually GO to the dentist. I have had fillings, cleanings and bleaching with Dr. Fain and I highly recommend him. It means a lot to me to feel comfortable at a dental appointment and so very luckily each appointment has been that. Its a very pleasant office in how it looks and how the staff is as well. Definitely recommend!
