This morning, I had a high-urgency situation that needed attending to. Not only did Unionville have a vet out at the farm within the hour, but the front desk personnel was VERY helpful, VERY accommodating, and absolutely stellar. I have not received better customer service anywhere - I just wish I lived closer so they could be my regular vet! A HUGE thank you to Sue, who went above and beyond to help me and my boys out in a sticky situation, and a HUGE thank you to the entire veterinary staff, front desk personnel, and everyone else at this clinic. I called in the middle of a super busy day and not only were they patient, kind, and wonderful, but I felt like they truly cared, and thats really, really rare to find. Five stars from Virginia, Unionville!
