To put it plainly, Dr. Hehn is our hero. Techs and other staffers are amazing at The Cat Clinic, too. It is clear that everyone there genuinely cares about your cats well-being. Weve had three cats be patients at The Cat Clinic and Dr. Hehn has talked us through strategies for correcting inappropriate potty-on-the-floor behavior, pilling kitties when they give you a hard time taking medicine, and helping the cats get used to their carriers to make it easier to get them inside. We have never been rushed out of an appointment--she takes all the time necessary to go over all of our concerns. I like that she has multiple strategies to give us when were having trouble with a given aspect of caring for our cats, it feels like they get the most comprehensive care possible with Dr. Hehn. Recently, one of our cats became so nervous in the car ride over that he peed in his carrier! We were not expecting that with him because hed never done it before (although Ive had other cats that did). When we came in, the receptionist called back and some vet techs cleaned up our kitty and his carrier immediately! I was really surprised and happy. Overall, trips to the vet are stressful but The Cat Clinic is going to give your cat the calmest environment possible. Its quiet, its cozy, and the staff really know what theyre doing in terms of handling your pet.

My cat whom Ive had for 20 years finally had to be euthanized. I cant say enough about the wonderful staff. they were so compassionate, While I was holding my car as she was taking her last breath i looked over to the assistant who had tears in her eyes. That right there told me that this isnt just a job - they truly care. The thing that touched me the most was when I received a beautiful handwritten card expressing their sympathy. When I received her ashes they were in a pretty box with my cats name. They went the extra mile

Absolutely and horrifyingly both incompetent and irresponsible. I dont care what they cost: I would pay an arm and both legs to care for my cat, if he needed it. (This place is uber pricey of course, but who cares if you get great care for your cat?) The problem is that they do not care AT ALL about cats here. If you love your cat, then please: please stay away from this house of horror. They are just bumbling idiots here...and they have jeopardized my best friends life through sheer, indolent, all around dumbassery.

Reliable service and a caring staff are a few of the many reasons why this veterinarian office is recommended by me. Both veterinarians are more then capable and caring when they are taking care of your feline friend. Ive mainly had appointments with Dr. Hayne. She is caring and willing to do her best to help your feline friends. The staff is friendly and do their best to take care of whatever needs/services your feline friend may need to have done.

Me and my furry child went for our first appointment there. Every single staff member was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable-- something that I hadnt heard for other vets in the area. From the moment I made the appointment to walking out the door, it was apparent that these people love cats. The cost of a basic visit is fair-- cheaper than my vet fees prior to my move. I would recommend to any and all cat lovers.

All of the staff at the cat clinic were extremely helpful as we cared for our diabetic cat. Dr. Hehn is a detailed and compassionate problem-solver; Rose is a crackerjack receptionist who remembered us and who made sure we had answers to all of our questions. The prices may be a little high for basic needs, but our cat needed lots of extra care and we felt we were in very capable hands, worth every penny.

65 dollars for a basic visit. Thats the cost of going to my doctor without insurance. Im sure I can find another vet office that isnt charging such outrageous prices. Not to mention they gave my kitten de-worming tablets when I only wanted medicine for an URI. The staff and the doctor didnt wow me enough to want to pay through the nose for something that should be 40 dollars.
