I would seriously advise against taking you pet here. Initially I had a very positive experience. I was happy to be serviced on such short notice and the receptionist is a very sweet woman. However, after taking my two cats there for a second time, I soon realized that some of the medication I received from the doctor was expired. Now this was after, the doctor administered my cat`s first set of vaccinations and charged me very highly for it and other medications. He sent me home with eye drops that were two years expired and flea medicine that was also out of date. Luckily, I did not give my cats any of the flea medication, but the eye drops made my cats eyes far worse than before. Both of my cats eyes were swollen and red and puffy and my one cat who previously had no major eye issues, became sick. This was devastating for me because I already spent so much money for medication and vaccinations and it ended up making my cats sicker. When I returned to confront the doctor and return the medication, he was only willing to refund the two items that were expired, which totaled about $80 bucks. Which was only a small fraction of what I had paid him. Because of his negligence my cats ended up worse, or could of suffered from serious complications if I continued to use his expired medicine. Because of this I was hoping to at least be compensated for his mistakes and serious negligence. Although he was apologetic, he did not seem to take the matter very seriously. After that, all of my trust was gone and after I returned the medication, collected his check, I never took my cats there again.

I took my dog there in 2008 for her check-up and to establish this place as a potential regular office. It was July (really hot). The office was not air conditioned and smelled reallllllly bad. That aside, I still gave him a shot. The dr. was pretty insistent on doing services that didnt necessarily need to be done, like giving my dog anasthesia, charging me for it, and for an overnight stay, so he could clean her teeth. My dogs teeth had recently been cleaned and she does not require anesthesia for it. She tolerates it well. I refused that service politely and asked him to give her a check up. He argued! I came in for a check up and a rabies shot. He tried to get me to get every service under the sun and even talked about how his practice is failing and he just wants to sell the building. Just a terrible experience all around. This vet clearly does not care for animals. He treated my dog terribly.

I called a month ago asking how his services worked if I had an overnight emergency. He informed me that I just had to call and he would be able to help. A couple weeks later I did have an overnight emergency. I called and he kept telling me he wasnt open. I asked him what Im supposed to do because my dog was incredibly sick and he told me before he was open 24 hours. He then said youd pay a fee but only after telling me ten times he was closed and after I pleaded for him to help me crying. After being treated so rudely and finding out he would help me, he just really was avoiding it, I went elsewhere. He then called me back today because I had left a message first before he had answered and was atrocious towards me. He then says you asked for a call back I said No Im at a vet now and then promptly hung up on me. Shouldnt be a vet. Dont know how youre even open still.

We have a dog that has worms and brought in stool sample with worms in it. They asked to do testing and to call back the next day--which we had paid for. The next day they basically refused to administer medication to kill the worms and told us to wait a week. I asked if the worms would hurt her because we previously lost a dog who had worms a week too long and it killed his liver. The vet said, probably not. Probably not? Yeah. No thanks. They can keep the money that they basically stole from us but I would never recommend anyone to this place. It shouldnt even be open if they dont want to help animals.

Hes Korean - so rude; its just a part of him. Tried to get me to purchase other things, too. His every utterance is accented by a clear desire to not do what he does anymore. He dreads it, hates it, and it really shows! I almost feel sorry for him because this is probably all he knows how to do but its just too bad he does it poorly and with review sites not hell not last much longer. Keep up the reviews!

This place is so bad I now have my dogs go number two out front daily in an effort to improve their establishment (and no I dont clean it up). The staff is unbelievably rude (except for the one person, I couldnt tell because he didnt speak English. I would still venture to say that he was rude in whatever language he does speak)
