Worst veterinary experience ever. They run outrageous estimates before even examining your cat. My cat needed to be relived because he could not urinate and they threw me a 2000 dollar deposits fee before even helping my cat out. The only other option the gave me was putting the cat down. I managed to get the 2000 dollars but a couple days later when He came home he was struggling to urinate again. It was 1 in the morning and both of my parents where sleeping so we could not get someone to cover the deposit. Although we had just dropped 2000 dollars they would not work with us and the staff is boarder line retarted. I explained that he was presenting the same symptoms he had before and instead of giving me the green light to bring him in to ensure everything was alright, they told me since I couldnt put a deposits down "it was more stressful to the cat to bring him in and get checked". Go anywhere else!!!!! Seriously

Thank you Keystone. When I came home from work I noticed our retriever that had been acting fine in the morning didnt want to get up and then was crying when he walked down our steps. I checked his paws and legs and I didnt know what was wrong and ran him over to the hospital. The staff took him into the back and ran tests and came back to tell me he tested very positive for lyme disease. I had never even seen a tick before on our dog. The staff was very gentle with him and he was started on medications. Within a few days he was acting like himself again. Cant thank you enough.

My vet office referred me here on a Saturday afternoon. I went on faith that it was an OK place. It was more than ok! The vet tech was lovely, competent and gentle in her approach. I waited about 15 minutes for Dr Collins to finish with another client. He was wonderful in his demeanor, and completely competent in his exam and treatment. The place is clean as a whistle and no smell. Yes it cost me but they were surely worth it. I hope I never have reason to go back but if I do I surely would.

After being referred to local vet ER by a Poison control hotline, we brought our dog to Keystone Vet after he had eaten some rodent poison. It was after hours for our regular vet and we were so grateful Keystone was open 24 hrs. Greg was diligent in working with us and the pest control company to identify the poison so they could administer the correct treatment. Service from Greg and Dr. Collins was excellent and we are so very grateful!

Had a great experience with Keystone Vet Emergency East - I brought in my Morkie who had just eaten a handful of grapes, and they took him in right away to induce vomitting. The vet and vet tech were both extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely go back if I were to encounter another vet emergency.

Not very helpful over the phone at all. Did not take the time to listen to signs or symptoms, just started into prices for visits and treatments right away.

Clean, friendly, and efficient! My dog and I have been to several emergency vets and this was, by far, the best one!
