The medical assistance are extremely rude, judgemental, lazy. If you question anything or they just dont like you they will go above and beyond to make things difficult for you. If thats not enough they have no problem arguing in the doctor office with a patient ( forget hippa, two different occasions they screamed personal medical information aloud) guess thats why the only two doctors that were decent good physician end up suddenly LEAVING the practice. Also, if you have to leave a message for the dr. here suggest you go to the office wait til you see the dr to inform/question them because all it takes is ONE girl not to like you as a patient or a family member of yours, could list the many outrageous "reasons" and they wont give any of your messages to your assigned fam. physician or theyll screw with your appointments. Every single time I come here (for about a decade) the assistants are rude. They often schedule people wrong. Last week the doc told me someone will be right in to give me an EKG. 30 mins pass and I see the girl walk by and she says are you waiting for something? The doc never told her. I was here for 2 hours for a simple check up. Today I arrive for bloodwork which I took off work for and fasted and they said Im not on the schedule. The girl administering the bloodwork was very rude about their mistake which was somehow now my fault and problem. They also had me down for the wrong insurance even though I was just here last week! The only guy even worth seeing here takes months in advance to book. Dont waste your time here like I have for the last decade the doctor needs to hire a new staff theyre incompetent and rude

Dr. Artz is great, LOVE this Doctor! He takes the time to listen, hes patient and makes me laugh, Im at ease in his office always. Great office staff and nurses too. If you have an issue and hes unavailable or on vacation, he responds when his staff sends him a notice. I refuse to see anyone but Dr. Artz.
