I try to over look the things that make this place annoying but I simply cant. The staff are nice in person but can be rude over phone also the long waits on the phone are unbearable. Everytime I call, no matter what time, theres always at least a 10 min wait. The office itself needs an update but its tolerable. Dr. Branon seems to be a good doc but I often feel like she is easily side tracked and will go on a talking spree on subjects unrelated to you or ur purpose of being there. Necessary questions arent asked and assessment is brief and feels like your in and out. None the less she is a smart person, just needs to be more thorough with her patients. Overall there needs to be major improvement in customer service over phone. Cut call wait time to at least 3 mins. Improve bedside manner, and PLEASE use a patient update form to report any new meds, changes in health or feelings and symptoms. Perhaps that will keep Dr. Branon on track and give her something better to talk about when shes on the patients time.

Very serious and uptight sometimes but seems to monitor the patients adequately, adjusting medications as needed and making recommendations to improve health. She does know how to reach patients on their level and this often assures compliance; shes an overall good doctor.
