Let me say that maybe this practice works for the elderly or retired. But respect folks time. I called at 12:20 and was placed on hold for 8 minutes. When I called back at 12:28 the office was closed for lunch purposely avoiding my medical concern. I arrived in the office at 3 and have still not been seen at 5:00. I needed a referral to see the doctor that can actually help and I was given no options upon arrival so it could have been quick and easy but it wasnt. All in all its not worth it for the copay, inconsistent hours, and disconnected systems of handling patients medical procedures. She write referrals and does blood work as well as anywhere Im sure. This is a doctor centered business not patient really.

DR GARDNER IS A VERY PLEASANT DOCTOR, WHO IS VERY THOROUGH AND TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN YOUR PROBABLE SYMPTOMS. SHE IS ALSO VERY PROACTIVE IN PREVENTING FUTURE HEALTH ISSUES IF YOU DO WHAT SHE SAYS. ALL THIS ATTENTION MAY MAKE YOU WAIT LONGER THAN YOUR EXPECTANT APPOINTMENT TIME,....FRONT DESK, NOT THE GREATEST WHEN I WAS THERE, BUT DR GARNDER IS WORTH THE WAIT IN GOLD.
