This office handles patients who are overweight and also arthritis pts. No consideration was given obviously to the patients as the parking lot has steps to a double door entrance with no way for patients on walkers or with canes or braces to have doors automatically open. Then there is the 2 city block long walk inside to the elevator to the office. You can call to get a wheel chair but the average hold time for call to go through is 45 minutes. Practice is aware of these issues as is Jefferson. Makes you wonder
