This office never answers the phone. Does not show interest in patient care or treatment presentations. My boyfriend has severe pain in his mouth and was told to leave and wait 3-4 weeks for a pre determination to come back before any work can be done. Meanwhile he is suffering and we want his xrays to go elsewhere but no one ever answers the phone. It has been two weeks since he was seen he called to follow up and was told "oh i have to re submit your pre-d" so now they expect us to wait several more weeks before getting care????? What kind of office is this. All you have to do is pick up the phone and call for a benefit breakdown not make a patient in pain wait weeks to hear back from the insurance. Un real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of patient care is this??????????????

I am the person who is petrified of Dental Offices. I had a quite of experiences going to the dental offices and having bad treatment. Going to Smile Designers Dental Center I have solved my problem. As you get in a nice smiling lady (front desk) welcomes you. She took all my information and explained what the doctor was going to do. I got excellent treatment by a nice lady (Doctor). She explained me what needed to be done first and after signing the consent form and making sure that I was satisfied she started working on me. Finally I found the Dentist whom I can trust, who released me from sleepless night. If someone is experiencing trouble of finding a good Dentist I would recommend you to go to Smile Designers Dental Office.

Lovely office, friendly staff and great dentists. First time at Smile Designers for a routine check up and even was able to get my teeth whitened on my first time there! I was very happy and satisfied with the over staff and treatment. Also the office is BEAUTIFUL. Love it !

THE WORST had to sit with pain pill addicts when I was in agony. The dentist managed to have them walk out with scripts. He said my tooth was not savable and didnt give me anything for pain. Can someone launch an investigation??

Terrible!! went for simple cleaning, came back with bruised up gums and the doctor did not clean properly and ending up having to revisit.. DO NOT GO.. their are better dentist around this area
