The last couple of times Ive gone, the senior dentist has looked at my teeth for a total of 5 seconds after a cleaning and then tried to upsell me on products/services the office offers. He uses scare tactics such as, "youre teeth are great! Dont blow it!" and then recommends buying a Sonic toothbrush or something else offered there. I havent even seen my dentist in years, because she seems to never be there during my appointments, but I really wish I could see her instead. The cleanings are fine, but Im not sure if Id go there for anything major. Also, the last hygienist I had used a supersonic cleaning device, which I really thought was going to damage my hearing it was so high-pitched. She said that all of the "current literature" recommends the deep-cleaning device, but I have doubts and will be doing research before going for another cleaning.

I went to washington township dental for a dental exam. I was told i had 6 cavities and was given a treatment plan . I currently dont have dental insurance, and was prepared to pay out of pocket about 3,000 for dental work. I went to a different dentist located in Deptford NJ. I was told by 3 different dentist that i only had 1 cavity, not 6. This was completely disturbing especially since i was beyond stressed with the whole idea that i needed all the so called dental work done. I cant believe i was played by a Doctor someone whom i am supposed to trust. He was willing to take my money and do work that wasnt needed. I dont recommend anyone use this practice ever. If you have been told that you need work done in your mouth you need to get a second or third opinion, because this company is fraudulent!!!

Very pleasant experiences at this practice! Rose the hygienst is always on time and the wait is never longer than a few minutes. Along with being very sweet, the hygienst was very informative and answered any questions I had about taking care of my teeth at home. Dr. Creato checked my teeth afterwards and as always, was very kind and knowledgable. The office staff was exceptionally accomodating with trying to fit me in with such short notice and they are very welcoming overall. This office is great at what they do and put my dental anxiety at ease!

We are new the area and this office was recommended to us, we are so glad that we gave it a shot. The staff there are so nice, I love my dental hygienist Colleen. She was so friendly and gently, definitely made the visit nice and relaxing. I will be taking my two year old there next month for her first visit because I heard the Pediatric staff were excellent. Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for a new dentist or are new to the area.

I see my dental hygienist, Patty, every three months. She knows how much I dread dental work so she shows empathy in every way possible. Shes extra careful with my sensitive gums, she laughs and tells great stories as she works, and she frequently asks me if Im doing okay or need a break. The front office staff is great, too. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks for a job well done every time!

I am one of those people that needs to be sedated for everything at the dentist. I am petrified. Not any more! I have had gum surgery and root canal done at this office and felt no pain at all. No after effects either. Everything is explained step by step. The staff is very friendly and comforting. I am extremely happy here and honestly no longer have a fear of the dentist.

My experience is always great!! I will though forever miss my favorite dentist ( Dr. Schwartz ) but cant complain about who I see now ( Dr. Balis ). She is great!! The women at the desk are so friendly ( Dawn ) & all the others couldnt be any nicer!!! My hygienist is such a nice person too ( Dana ). Everyone always has a smile & makes each visit a good one.

I have been a patient at Washington Township Dental for approximately 23 years. During that time, I have had many Hygienists, loved every one. However, I have had only one Dentist...Dr Jay Simon..the best. I moved out of the area 10 years ago, but still return to Dr Simon year after year. Great People, good service and excellent Dental care!!!

I called with an emergency yesterday as soon as the office opened at 7:30 am and was able to get an appointment by 8 am. Turns out I needed a root canal and luckily the endodontist was scheduled to be in the office that day and he had an opening and I was able to get my root canal done by 9 am. I was at work by 11. Talk about one-stop shopping!!

Great Dental Group - skilled dentists, skilled hygienists all with very agreeable personalities, and very pleasant receptionists and administrative support people. Scheduling is easy and efficient & waiting times are almost non-existent. Ive been with them for over 20 years, and the quality of care and service has always been top rate.

The ladies at the desk are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Annie sees my children and they are very comfortable with her. The environment is kid-friendly and carefree. I see Dr. Gregg and hes also wonderful. He is very down-to-earth and knowledgable in his field. Im very comfortable with his advice and treatment.

Donna my hygienist is wonderful. So is Dr. Angelova. The redundant paperwork used to update my file is ridiculous. I should be able to say "no changes" rather than complete all the same information each year. I have considered changing offices because of it. Please buy some software and spare us the pain.

Nothing can take away the sting of the cost but there is comfort in being taken care of by professional staff that are especially skilled and friendly at every level of Washington Dental Associates. Highly recommended
