Well where should I start this place is a joke for one the doctors are rude the one I had did my filling within the same week the filling had fallen out when I was flossing and had to go back to them to get it filled again which only lasted a have a month and fallen out when I was drinking a bottle of water not only that it had fallen out the doctor was yelling at me talking down to me like Im some sorry excuse for a human being I would let u know I wasnt the only person that had his filling falling out there was another dude in there to get his filling replaced it should just fall out obviously there not doing what they should be doing there customer service is disgusting they laugh and think everything is a joke I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I even stoped one of my friends going there to get his tooth filled at least I saved him the pain and agony that Im going threw go somewhere else. Any other place is better then this one all they want is your money I know thats every place but at least other places has good customer service like Silvana cumani dmd this place helped me out and saved my tooth I would recommend Silvana cumani dmd not dental dreams. I wouldnt give this any stars but I have to post this review

Waste of time. Unorganized. When i made my appt. I had to reschedule. When i called it took three days to reschedule.....two days straight the phones just rang and rang. The third day i had to send my husband down to physically make the appt. When we finaly went the office was super busy and the woman at the counter just flopped the sign in sheet in front of me and i told her that my son was a new patient and the woman told me to come in a bit earlier to fill out the info and give my ins. And id. She just said "yeah" no eye contact basically ignored me. Then, my son fell and bit his lip in the play area and was bleeding quite a bit. I asked to use the rest room to clean him off and the counter person just pointed and said "there".... I walked back and had to find the restroom myself.Then to top it all off , we were supposed to be seen at 12 and didnt go back until 1:15. There were two others in the waiting room also had 12pm appts. The saw my son for literally 5 mins. There was only one person in there that seemed remotly pleasant. Waste of my time. Horrible experience .

I had a really great experience with my visit. I am very pleased with what was done. The people that work there treated me nice and I especially feel grateful to the doctor (Dr. Bhatia) who did my tooth extraction because she was very honest with me and friendly as well. She was extremely calm and patient and beyond helpful. She explained everything to me and gave me options. She was willing to help me all the way through and she did, even asking me during the procedure if I was ok. She took such good care of me that I felt so indebted to her. I am beyond grateful to her and for having such a great experience. I believe that you get what you give in life. Although I went in there feeling miserable because of the pain I was in. I still remained as positive and optimistic as I could in the state that I was in and I received exactly what I desired. Thank you Dr. Bhatia and Dental Dreams! Clarissa Diaz

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star, but I had to in order to write the review. Let me start by saying the staff at the front desk was nice and also the x-Ray tech person. However after waiting a half hour for the hygienist to come she couldnt even start cleaning my teeth because I needed to sign a billing paper ( what was being done on my teeth and price) so waiting on that paper took 30mins (because there was a call out at the front desk). Finally after signing the paper , the hygienist was no where to be found for another 15mins. Mind you , my appointment was at 12:00pm. When the hygienist finally came back it was 12:47pm .. She used a waterpik and then right after she polished my teeth. (Half of it was on my face and not my teeth) I was in my car at 12:57...... The worst cleaning job I ever had.

Tremenda porqueria de servicio.. fui a un dental cleaning y tras que me hicieron esperar una hora de la hora de mi cita , la limpieza que me la hizo el mismo dentista y solo duró 1 minuto y medio con todo el procedimiento y ni siquiera me arreglo la molestia que le indique en mi muela. Solo quieren cobrar. NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO A NADIE, FUERON POCOS PROFESIONALES

I went to this office and asked if they took my insurance. After a couple verification phone calls they said they did and that everything was covered for a regular check up. I made it clear to the front desk and the dentist who worked on me that I was unemployed and could only afford the co-pay. After Xrays and a check up, they socked me with a $800 bill which my insurance only covered $500 of. I am now in collections and would rather have my credit screwed up for the next seven years than to pay these people. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Unscrupulous business practices.

I went in here some years ago to have some cavities filled. The dentist was so unprofessional it was grotesque. She gave me numbing shots but they just werent working, and so I was reacting as you would when someone is drilling your teeth and you can feel it. She kept saying "No, you cant feel that. Theres no way you can feel that." Then she disappeared for a lengthy time, then came back, started again, and when it continued to hurt, she just quit. I found a better dentist after that.

Set an appointment and told them over the phone what kind of insurance I had. When I got there for my appointment I went early so that I would have time to fill out paperwork being that I was going there for the first time. They didnt start checking me in until 10 mins after my appointment time and then proceeded to tell me that they did not accept my insurance. Huge waste of time!

When I first started coming here, I loved it. Nowwwww, this place is no good. Please avoid it at all cost. There are other dentist all over the city that will not just do stuff for the money, will not make an appointment and not keep it, will not have rude as frickin employees and will make u feel like u r a patient, and not an invoice...Please as a parent...DO NOT GO HERE.

It has been awhile since I have been to the dentist, and I was completely at ease once I arrived the staff is friendly, the manager ( Kim) was helpful and amazing and my Dr was great.The office has different people in it who all seem to really care about their jobs. I recommend this place to everyone !!! Thanks for a great visit. See you in 6 months
