Very rude staff..was going to transfer to there practice and explained my history when I called in detail and was told they could handle it then 10 days before appt and after they recieved my records they call me and say they dont and will never be able to handle half of my medical problems..further more are trying to refuse to give me my(by pa law rights) medical records.. ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL..

I had to see them because of a workmans comp claim. Paganas office didnt even know if they did workmans comp claims for where i work..... Needed my hand looked at. They ordered xrays, and I had them done at Sunbury community hospital. I have never heard back from Paganas office about the results of the xrays. Ridiculous.

Family practice IS TERRIBLE. They dont get back to their patients, and they drop patients all the time.
