This practice has horrible service. On more than two occasions, my wife has had to reschedule her appointment because the doctor just decided not to show up or was more than 20 minutes late. Second, I personally have been rejected as a patient because I did not show up for an appointment which my wife thought she canceled. It was clearly an accident and only occurred once, however because of simple mistake I cannot go to this doctor. My wife and I are now seeking a new doctor. Beware.

Ive been going to Mountville Family Practice for 20 years. I dont visit the doctors that often except for yearly checkups. But whenever I visit this practice, I feel very comfortable. The nurses and doctors are very nice. I do not feel intimidated at all when I talk to my doctor, Stacy Spence. She is very open to all my questions and concerns. I would not trust my well being to anyone else but her!

This place has horrible service!! I have gone there several times and each time I have waited over an hour and fifteen minutes just to be taken back to the room!! The staff is not friendly and they doctors never seem to even know what the problem is. The staff has also lost important paperwork of mine! I do not recommend this place at all!

Worked there until I announced that I was going to have my Holy Union live on the 5 oclock news. They found a loophole to fire me without saying it was because of my being a lesbian. They have no problem with patients who are out and proud as long as their employees stay in the closet. Was not a comfortable work environment for me.

Dr Parke is a good doctor, and so is Dr. Westgate but most of the other doctors here should be avoided. The receptionist s are a disorganized hot mess almost eveey time ive been in.
