Went to the office today and was given a prescription. Thank God my fiancé looked up medications that counteract my birth control because it was in the TOP 5!! I am beyond furious! Karen Moy is a MORON and a sorry excuse of a PA! This was her THIRD mess up with my medical care! First time she messed up was when I went in with swollen feet and ankles and she had no idea what to tell me. Luckily Im not an idiot and figured it out by myself. Second time was when I went to her with SEVERE flu like symptoms and she gave me a strep test, which was negative of course, and sent me on my way.. turns out I had MASSIVE PNEUMONIA IN BOTH LUNGS and ended up in the hospital that night with a 104° fever and borderline unconcious. As a result I ended up missing 9 days of work. And lastly, this. If Dr. Seth on Wise Ave is your PCP and they set you up to see her, WALK OUT! She deserves to have any kind of medical degree she has taken away immediately! The sad part is that I was warned! Im not the only person shes done this to and Im sure I wont be the last!

Been going for 15 years and I always get in same day . I see Karen Moy the PA more than i see the Dr. and i feel just as comfortable in her capable hands.They juggle phones, walk ins,scheduled patients, insurance,and answer all questions at the front desk so Im sure they are hurried but NEVER rude. Most importantly he has diagnosed everything for me from a common cold to an extremely hard to diagnose liver tumor. Thats when I knew that he didnt just shuffle you through the office and that I was more than a folder and insurance card. Love this office, love the staff... would recommend to EVERYONE !

I went to this doctor for a couple of years and was relatively pleased with him until the billing department decided to process my husbands insurance incorrectly (his insurance is through mine, not the other way around). We had to switch doctors to get my husband seen. I wish I could say I regret this more, but the office having Fox News on in the waiting room made very angry, and gave the other patients in the waiting room an excuse to be rude. Dr. Seth was never negative toward me himself, but being in that room like that was enough to make me dread coming in.

Long waits.... Dr. Seth is awesome.... As far as the other staff..... Somewhat rude and not caring...... But again its Dundalk comes with the territoy .
