Trying to get a prescription filled via the "Patient Portal" has been a nightmare. After visiting the pharmacy on 2 occasions I was informed that they were waiting to hear from my doctors office. I then called the Dr. Tibebus office and was put on hold for 25 minutes, before I decided to call on another phone. I was eventually able to reach someone and they said that they would fax the prescription to the pharmacy. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional .......

I absolutely love Dr. Tibebu. The front desk staff is very friendly. I feel like the try to make it a point to know every patient by name within the first two visits. One time before I lost my inhaler and needed it. I called the office to inform them. They asked where was my nearest pharmacy. They by the time I reached the pharmacy 10 mins later not only had the prescription been sent but it was filled and waiting on me. They are very efficient at the office.

Friendly yet professional staff. Dr. Tibebu is professional and dedicated to figuring out the best possible solutions for your health and she doesnt resort to pills first as a remedy. She listens and cares about her patients.
