The office is clean, friendly, lots of outside light and very professional. I found them on the internet and couldnt wait to come write a personal review for them. I saw several friends there, letting me know Im not the only one who knows how great this facility is. I saw Dr. Welsh, she was knowledgeable, professional and did not make me feel bad for the alternative modalities that I incorporate into my life. Im a cancer survivor who needs to give the rest of my body an update and Im thankful for the vision cast for this place.

They are never on time ...... I can never understand why you need to schedule an appt. it always a 30-45 minute wait just in the waiting room not to mention waiting in the room for another 15-20 minutes .... I.once or twice but all the time??? Go to a CVS or Aftercare as you will be seen quicker and will not have to leave work early to sit and wait for the doctor to look you over in 5 mins then push you out as you are inconveniencing them. No customer service any more

Staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean. I scheduled with Dr. Jett, who is amazing. The lab tech is my only complaint, who Im sure Dr. Jett has no control over, being in a large practice. The lab tech was short with me, no bedside manner or patient care skills. The nurses and medical assistants are all very nice. If you need blood drawn, I would suggest another office. If you need a family practitioner, I would highly recommend Dr. Jett.
