I adore the Veterinarians in this practice and am so thankful for all they have done for my dog, rabbit and cat. I routinely see Dr. Marx and have seen Dr. Braz for an emergency. I like that they take a holistic approach to care and do not over or needlessly medicate or vaccinate when something natural and gentle with less or no side effects can be given and titers can be performed to measure antibodies. When medicine is needed it is given but all options are explored and tailored for the animal being treated. When my dog was first suspected to have a liver shunt I had taken him to a specialist center for evaluation, we were not using VCA Animal Healing Center at this time. The vet I was using and the specialist wanted to do surgery and a biopsy to conclude his condition. I couldnt believe this approach to care and took him to VCA Animal Healing Center for a second opinion. Dr. Marx had treated my rabbit for a chronic gastrointestinal problem and had improved the quality of her life tremendously and I felt confident she could do the same for my dog. It takes me about 1/2 hour+ to get to VCA but the drive is well worth it. My dogs condition has improved tremendously with natural supplements and changes to his diet and at this time all well. Ive seen many animals come to VCA Animal Healing Center that are old, have chronic conditions or are there for their wellness check ups and the one consistent thing I notice is the connection between animal and doctor. The doctors and staff truly do care about their patients and connect with them and try their best to improve the quality of their lives. At times the office can get a little hectic/busy ... after all it is a healing center and not everything goes as planed but Ive never found it horrible to wait. Ive enjoyed conversations with other people who bring their animals in for care and even have learned some things. I am so happy with this practice and feel fortunate to have my fur family cared for by them.

This is the best and it keeps getting better. Ive had pets cared for here since the founder opened it 30 years ago. Holistic care does so much more to protect pets and the options for treating disease are more comprehensive than allopathic care alone. Dr. Sharon Marx is superb and gives top flight care to my rabbits. She coaches clients in essentials of sound nutrition and preventive care and makes sure we understand our roles as proactively responsible clients and guardians. Not every clinic deserves to say they are capable of caring for rabbits, and precious few can do so with a whole view of health, but Animal Healing Center excels on both counts. Oh yeah, Dr. Marx loves the kits and doggies too! Care Credit welcomed here.

Dr. Sharon Marx is the best, hands down. My dog, Onyx needed a growth removed from his eyelid and she took it off with him awake and completely coherent. She put a blanket down for him on the floor where hed be most comfortable, and let my fiancée and I stay throughout the procedure. The vet tech was also kind and compassionate, and the office staff was organized and helpful. Dr. Marx called me herself later in the week to check in on Onyx and make sure his eyelid was healing properly. I have used 5 other vets, 1 emergency vet, and 2 clinic vets in the bucks county area over the 18 years of pets Ive had, and this was the best experience my dog and I have had. I would trust Onyxs life with her, and hes my soulmate.

I had been looking for a place like this for 13 years. Until I discovered this place, I had to juggle between my conventional vet and holistic vet who were not so understanding toward each others approaches. The veterinarians at the Animal Healing Center doesnt ignore anything if it can help the animal. Ive met Dr. Marx and Dr. Gabriel for my dogs. They are the most compassionate vets I have ever met and very capable/knowledgable in both fields. They take plenty of time examine, treat the dog and answer my questions. The staff members are always kind and supportive. The building is this cute old house but surprisingly well equipped. It is more than an hour drive from me but it totally worth it!

My experience with VCA has been positive, Dr Amber was my original vet t, and she has been very good in explaining my dog Bella condition and our options, the surgery in the toe removal went well, but unfortunately, the cancer did spread , but we are taking it one day at a time. Everyone of the staff that I spoke to there has always been friendly and helpful, I was going to another animal hospital in Newtown, and the doctor was ok, but I had a bad experience with one of the staff members, and plus I was actually looking for more of an Holistic approach, and VCA fits with my organic approach to health much better.

VCA Animal healing Center in Yardley is absolutely amazing! Dr. Braz and the entire staff - Shannon, Elizabeth, Toby, Kim, and Micky are fantastic and truly care about our shitzu Roxie. We are 100% confident that the care they provide has prolonged her life - and we are happy to take the 3 hour round trip drive for her monthly visits. Their bedside manner is one of a kind, they are all knowledgible about her condition and treatment, and we are positive they truly care about her well being. The kindness, compassion and thoroughness starts with the receptionist and goes thru the techs, the doctors and all staff. Human health facilities could take a lesson on their explanation to pet owners of exactly what needs to be done, how it wil be accomplished and expected outcome. They truly care.
