I just picked up my nine pound puppy from getting spayed and the woman at the desk was very nice and explained sutures to me. when i got in car i realized she was stapled. The very nice receptionist asked the vet why she did that and she came out and said. "well, to be honest, i was being lazy...it takes a lot more effort to suture and by the time i got to her i just didnt feel like it" now, its not only a longer recovery for my dog but i have to take off of work to have them removed and when i told her that she said "oh, well its never been a problem before" i called another yet who said this is definitely not standard procedure and i now have to pay to have another vet remove them and care for her in case of infection because obviously i would never go back to the clinic. a vet like that should clearly not be allowed to work on animals and cause them uneeded pain. i dont mean to bash a non profit but that vet should be fired!!

These people perform Gods very difficult work daily. We brought our cat for Aids and Leukemia testing. Theres no shmoozing here; they focus on caring treatment for the patient. We will be returning. We recommend the Humane Education Center next door for families to bring their children, especially regarding animal reproduction, i.e., abandoned felines suffer miserable short lives from repeated and frequent generational reproduction until they virtually die from exhaustion and sickness. We learn that pets are not toys or objects of comfort to dispose of when no longer cute and desirable. They are beings we promise to protect for the rest of their lives as we would our own children.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Campellone and his friendly team. My cat was quite overdue for an appointment and they were kind and helpful about getting her vaccines up to date. Very understanding about the puddle of pee in the cat carrier, they simply brought her right in and cleaned everything up like it was no big deal which made me feel comfortable instead of simply embarrassed, I am glad Dr. Campellone is managing SNYPP as an owner who is invested in our local community. I highly recommend using this veterinary clinic.

I have been using SNYPPS for a couple of years. I was pleased with the first veterinarian but was unhappy with the managerial aspects, such as, phone calls back, setting up appointments, etc. Since its under new management, I couldnt be happier. The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Campalone is fantastic!! Hes kind, patient, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!!

I brought 2 cats in for surgery to be neutered. One kept spraying all over the house, that one cat STILL urinates all over. They failed one surgery and I have to keep paying them for each NEW visit I take him in to rectify the problem.
