VCA Westborough has been fantastic. Dr. Klein is amazing. I have experienced many medical problems with my dog since I got her 2 1/2 years ago. Each time Dr. Klein has followed up with me at home via phone or email. She takes that time listen to my concerns and to make my dog feel comfortable in the office. All the office staff are friendly and helpful. They take the time to make sure there are no concerns or other matters to be discussed. They do not rush you and do not keep you waiting long. I am very happy with the services that have provided to me by VCA Westborough.

Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this place for small mammals and exotic pet at all. We almost got our small mammal pet put to sleep. The vet here told me to put our pet to sleep (euthanasia) after we refuse to proceed with an extremely risky & expensive surgery. We ended up seeing another vet (not the Angell Memorial vet either), and our pet is now well, healthy and happy. I cant imagine if I had followed Westboro Animal Hospital vets advice, my pet wont be here right now. This hospital is also very expensive.

Dr. Wolfus did a great job is very knowledgeable. There was some confusing in trying to setup an appointment but overall a nice vet experience for our dog. The only downside I saw was the prices, it is a little more expensive to go there than some other local vets. We continue to go back because of the experience we had with Dr. Wolfus.

Dr. Klein has been taking care of my dogs for almost 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. The clinic staff are friendly and professional. It is always easy to get a conveinant appointment. I recommend VCA Westboro Animal Hospital to my friends and neighbors and would not take my dogs anywhere else.

I had such a great experience here! I have a 9 week old puppy and brought him here after an allergic reaction last night. This was the second place I took him, and they were so wonderful. Dr. Klein and the whole staff was really amazing.

Dr. Wolfus worked with us and went beyond the usual call to duty on a Sunday in caring for our dog. He showed real compassion, skill and patience. We are grateful and recommend him and the hospital highly.

Only place I take my fur baby is here! I dont care that I have to drive 20 minutes and that is super expensive. Dr. Klein is superb and the whole staff there is nice and friendly.
