I brought my two kittens in for their first exam and initial distemper vaccine and de-worming (8 weeks old). I thought the staff was friendly and resourceful. I then brought both kittens (11 weeks old) in 3 weeks later on a Wednesday for their distemper booster. The technician would not allow me in the room, they informed me that "they just do it in the back". Being a first time pet owner, I didnt know any better. About 15 minutes later the vet brought my two kittens out to me and said to me so and so "bit my vet tech". The vet then proceeded to tell me "I dont think she has rabies, but I am going to give you a sheet of things to look for. I need to file a work comp claim and the insurance company will want to know we had this conversation". Mind you... my kittens are not even old enough for rabies shots yet. The vet told me to just monitor the kitten for the next 10 days. A little confused, I paid my bill and scheduled the last appointment for the distemper booster. I then received a call on a Sunday afternoon from my towns board of health, informing me that they were going to quarantine my 11 week old kitten. Confused again, I explained my situation. I explained that my 11 WEEK OLD KITTEN allegedly bit the vet tech, I explained that I was not allowed to be present during the appointment. The inspector advised that he would talk to the Vet on Monday and give me a call back. I received a call Tuesday (Day 6) which I let go to voicemail. In the voicemail the inspector informed me "apparently the kitten bit 3 people at the vet". This is outrageous to me. I feel these allegations are false. How am I supposed to know what actually happened if I wasnt even allowed to be present for the vaccinations and why wouldnt the vet have told me my kitten bit 3 people. And honestly... how hard can a kitten bit. I would not recommend this Animal Hospital. I am curious as to why, trained professionals are unable to handle an 11 week old kitten. This is their job... I will be cancelling all future appointments and finding veterinary care elsewhere.

I have NEVER been to such an amazing veteranary office. They gave my dog her first exam for free (for becoming a patient) and ALL of the staff there are SO friendly. GREAT atmosphere. Vibrant (but not bright) colors around the office to make it a bit more contemporary. The receptionist chatted with me while waiting to bring my dog in, even played with her before her exam. Very understanding people and helpful. My only concern was the girl that came in before the doctor. She made some things seem a little more serious (which worried me) than it truely was. Basically, the doctor came in and had to take back what she said (not like what she said was bad, but basically saying its not as bad as shes making it out to be). Also, she tried to clip my dogs nails but wondered why my dog kept pulling away and wimpering. Well she was holding my dogs legs out sideways which Ive been told can be very uncomfortable for a dog. She was a sweet girl though. I just believe that she is new and its not like she hurt my dog. She was nothing but sweet to her. They even called back a couple of days after our visit to check up on my dog (so sweet) and made sure that I knew I could call them if I ever had any questions. I will not go to any other vet now. Its perfect all around. I always believed in the saying "too good to be true" but this is a situation where it is "too good" but it is definitely "true". I hope they never change because its extremely rare to find places like this nowadays...

my sister and I brought my two kittens here for their first check up.Aat first I just wanted to get a price range but they said they couldnt give it to me over the phone that I would have to go in and talk to the vet and they can give me a quote. They told us that it would cost $300 dollars and some change for BOTH of their shots and to test the poop. My sister and I asked multiple times if the $300 was the total ..thats all I would need for this visit. The said of yup thats for BOTH cats. After everything was all said and done I went to the desk to pay the woman proceeds to tell me is $600 and some change. just so happens it was $300 PER cat. when I told her then vets helper went over the paper work and said it was a total of $300, just so happens the woman I talked to not even 3 minutes ago went on brake so she was no where to be found so I could confront her about the mishaps.. needless to say I walked out with my cats not paying a dime went to second chance and paid $110 for BOTH cats neutered and ALL their shots oh and the $600 didnt even include them being fixed ! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone they are SCAM ARTIST !

We brought our adopted dog here for the past 6 months, and he was very sickly. The vets and techs here were fantastic, they were willing to go the extra mile on everything but also offered us simpler cheaper options if we werent also willing financially, which I know is a necessity for some pet owners! They were always kind and careful, and their hours are generous. Many visits later, our pup is a happy healthy dog thanks to the VCA!

This seems like a very nice veterinary Hospital. I have two dogs and brought them in for annual shots. I cut out their coupon for a free exam. The exam room and waiting room were very clean though small. My only concern was that this place seems high priced. For a free exam and shots, it was over $400 (for two dogs). With the exam being free, I thought it would be less.

We have been using this hospital for close to 20 years, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for vet services. The entire staff is caring, helpful, and go above and beyond to be sure your pet gets the best care and service. I cannot recommend this facility enough; an excellent hospital for all your pets needs.

Everybody is very friendly here (the humans I mean). They know my dog by name, and he is even excited to go to the vet, which is pretty rare. Usually can take your pet in on short notice. The puppy care plan is a good deal to save money and was well worth it for me

If there were negative stars I wouldve selected that. Dont take your animals here. Rude vets who have no "bedside manner" or ability to handle animals.
