What a difference a few months makes. This review is specific to the kennel staff. My dogs and I have been clients here for many, MANY years with no complaints. The previous Managers were just about the friendliest, most accommodating and most importantly caring people who ever worked here. They knew all the dogs and owners by name and welcomed new clients with warm, friendly smiles and knowledgeable speak. Unfortunately since they have left this place has gone significantly downhill with nightmarish customer service, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE condescending kennel staff, cancelled appointments, cancelled services and a complete lack of pride. At any given point of the day that they were open you used to drive by and see groups of dogs outside. My dogs were always in a play group with other dogs of similar size and temperament. Now, when you drive by, there are hardly any dogs outside and if they are, they are all in the outdoor kennels and there is no staff in sight. When I inquired about this and making an appointment for day boarding the new "manager" condescendingly explained that they are under new management and theyre not doing day boarding any more. The other girl I spoke with told me that the boarded dogs dont have play group any more either. I find that incredible - they just put the dogs in cages all day and night only to be let out on a schedule to urinate and poop? The front reception area at the kennel doesnt smell they way it used to and the last time I boarded my dogs there they came home smelling of urine and with matted feces in his coat. Attempts to contact the business manager and/or owner of this business have gone completely ignored. No return call. Friends of mine have been verbally abused by the staff. Dog lovers in this community are a pretty tight knit group: we walk our dogs together, we meet at the dog parks – we talk. I know of at least 30+ previous customers who have now gone over to another area facility for play groups since the previous managers have left. Overall, more than anything I find this very sad. I used to rave about this place and recommend them to anyone and everyone I came across who had dogs but now, not only will I not return here I would never recommend this kennel again. The genuine care, concern and love for your pets is no longer here. Very sad.

Havent been there in months but driving by today reminded me of how terrible my dog and family was treated by the staff there. They gave tons of eye rolls and attitude when we questioned why our dogs nose was bleeding after grooming. Not to mention he was half groomed and looked like a dog off the street. For the price we paid he should have looked great. The first time we had brought him there he came out smelling great and looking sharp with a bandana around his neck. The second time is when we had problems. No bandana and he didnt even smell good. Its as if they mistreated him and didnt care about it. Never went back and never will.

I highly recommend this animal hospital. I have had 2 cats treated here and have had a good experience with both. Both cats have since died at ripe old ages (17 and 20) and the staff was so kind to both me and my cats. They did not push unnecessary treatments but made sure my kitties were supported in their old age. When they reached end of life the staff was extremely kind and empathetic. I cannot say enough good about the entire staff I interacted with over the years. I have sent friends here for their animals and will continue to. Thank you Dr. Morana for this hospital.

Nice facility and the staff was very helpful. My low rating however is based on their quoting/pricing practices. During a visit I was handed an estimate for the total cost of service that would be preformed. To my surprise upon checkout however, the bill rose 60% more ($300) than initially stated. Medication along with other services were not on the initial estimate and at no point was I informed of the additional costs. Running out of space here to write, but their response in a nutshell: Service provided, you pay.

There is no better place to bring your pet than Community Animal Hospital! The doctors there are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to care for your pets. I have three dogs that all are seen there and they have had issues from cancerous lumps to eye ulcers and the care that my dogs receive from the vets there is just great. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I also am the co-director of a dog rescue and the vets here have seen several of our rescue dogs and again, the best care ever!

Been going here since shortly after they opened. Receptionist are always so friendly. All the techs and Dr s go above and beyond. Have recommended to a couple of friends, and will continue to do so. Thank you Dr. Morana for opening CAH, Drs. Link & OHagan for your patience and professionalism, Janice for our chats while sitting in the waiting room, and Sara for remembering me and my cats and for always having a smile.

The staff were all wonderful when I had to put my wonderful 4 y/o cats down due to an untreatable tumor. They made what was for me one the my worst days into a day not just of sorrow but also of kindness, compassion, and support. A wonderful clinic with a superlative team. You could not find a better veterinary clinic.

Community Animal Hospital has so many problems and the prices are extremely high. The owner is very snooty, unfriendly and not very caring. She is cold and mean to customers and pets. Your pet is just a number to her. Do your research, they have the lowest Animal Hospital reviews online for a reason.

They are all about cashing in on your obvious concern for your dog. The reception people are are very rude. Could stay in a 5 star hotel for what they charge for a plastic cone and a tiny tiny bottle of antibiotic cream. Shame on these people.

First thing I noticed was the clean smell when I walked in. The people are very friendly and accomodating for "urgent" appts. Only thing is, it can get expensive with meds, shots, and appt prices, but I think thats healthcare in general.

Worcester is still trying to take me a court a year after moving because these douchebags reported to the city my dog was unlicensed (he is licensed where I currently live...) after just moving there. So glad I never have to come back.

Very caring people work here. Our pet recently passed away and they sent us a hand signed card with words of condolences from all the staff.

Everyone listens to our concerns and provides good treatment plans. Like most vets, can be expensive. Have never done their boarding.
