I started going here a few years ago, and even though I now live about 45 min away, I still make the trip. Theyve always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personal - even remembering anecdotal facts months later. Theres nothing harder than losing a pet. My most recent experience here was for this reason. I can truly say that I feel like they did everything they could, without wasting my money or giving me false hope. From walking me through every step compassionately and patiently, to helping me make special arrangements to get samples back for testing so I didnt have to drive in circles, to giving me ice for my swollen eyes after it was all over. Theres no way to say that losing a beloved animal is a good experience, but they did everything in their power to make it as gentle and peaceful as possible.

Hey, there arent enough stars here... We have been going here since 2002 and in 2016 we left because of a personality disorder... Well the personality disorder has left and we also found out how bad the care is away from Ayer Animal Medical. Say what you will about the cost, we have animals today because of the beautiful people...

They are amazing and caring individuals. When my cat got sick, they literally did everything for him. Everything. In the end, he was too sick to be helped. They sent my family a condolences card with personalized messages from the staff. It meant so much to us. They went above and beyond for him. I will always go to them.

Wonderful professional people all around. We just had to put our chocolate down there wheres hes been lovingly taken care of for the 7 years we had him. Very sad to do, but the doctors and technicians loved him and took wonderful care of him throughout his rough life.

Wonderful staff. Dr. Carpenter, Bobby Jo and everyone else there are kind compassionate and caring of the animals they care for. It is obvious this is not just a career for them, but a passion. Id give them 25 stars if I could.

Love their staff and their doctors (Dr. Carpenter). They do offer some unnecessary services so watch out for that. However, they are wonderful otherwise for yearly checkups.
