Dr. Norelli and his staff are simply the best -- friendly, knowledgeable, professionals. They have treated our menagerie of animals and demonstrated such kindness and patience over the last ten years, they truly recognize the bond between owner and pet. The affection they show for our animals is genuine, and evidenced by their gentle handling and conscientious care. I was particularly touched by the empathy shown to us on an especially sad occasion when one of our pets had to be put down. I regularly recommend their names to friends and acquaintances in this area, I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else! K. Pike, Groton

Dr. Norelli and his staff are excellent, caring and knowledgeable. He is a Tufts educated veterinarian. We live in Groton and have had many dogs and cats cared for by Dr. Norelli over the years. He has handled every situation with great care and compassion. He has excellent diagnostic skills and recommends treatments only as necessary. Charges at Shirley Animal Clinic are relatively reasonable. It is a small facility, and this lends to an intimate atmosphere where you and your animal are well known! Jean Cunningham Groton, MA
