Dr Le is amazing! Love her! She is so great with our dog! My dog has been seeing her for years now! He has been healthy till around his 10th birthday and Dr Le has been thr for us through his sickness and actually cares for him just as much as I do! She is always right now with whats going on with him and her recommendations! I did have one bad experience while she was out having a baby. Dr. Dubin (I think thats how u spell it) was SO RUDE and MEAN to me over the phone!! Told me I obviously dont pay attention at his visits and I didnt know what I was talking about! Was so nasty to me and then hung up the phone on me!!! I started crying right away because she didnt want to refill his important meds and insisted it was all my fault!!! I will NEVER take him to see her!! I will NEVER even talk with that woman again!! Tried to blame her attitude on a bad neglecte case she had right before our call! Thr is NO EXCUSE to treat someone like that when they are concerned for a loved one! He is my family and I wont be treated like that! If it wasnt for Dr. Le I wouldnt go back thr! But she is so amazing and so caring and knows my dog so well I wont switch just for that reason! Im sure she is the main reason alot of people bring thr pets thr! I always feel safe knowing my dog is in her care!! ♡♡

I cant even begin to share our experiences with ACE over the years - weve been going to them almost ten years, with two different cats. Both vets are absolutely wonderful, a joy to work with, and are truly caring about the animals they are taking care of. They understand that sometimes we have to take financial considerations into account when making decisions about our furrbabies, and are always happy to discuss alternatives with you. If there is an emergency with your pet, they are always happy to squeeze in a visit. One of our cats had surgery, and they worked with us so that we could finance it. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

Weve been brining our dogs here for a couple of years now. The vet was great until my dog got sick and they blamed us for the dog getting Lyme disease. Our dog is dying and does not have much time left and the vet told us "well if you vaccinated him like we told you too, he wouldnt be dying." Zero sympathy, zero tact, zero empathy. Now, everytime we go back to this vet, they treat us awful and are extremely rude. Even others in the waiting room commented on how rude they were to us when we walked in last. Ill be changing vets soon.

they messed up on my cat neutering and they are very rude he still has his balls this is not the first time they done this either they did this to my dog to I Waring you! not to go to them please they are hateful rude people and sometimes blame the owner for the wrong doing when its not even my fault wth? why would it be? mind you I"ll never again back there I go to Woodstock from now on plus the vet sent red flags when I first went there she said I only like boy cats better umm... ok?

My first time at Animal Care Experts and I was very happy with the attention and care that they gave to Daisey. She was happy too. She didnt want to leave because the snacks they gave her were so good. She may be over-energized, but she knows a good place when she is being taken care of, Thanks to all (and it did take 3 of them to keep her quiet for her checkup).

They were extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. I made an emergency appointment for my cat and they got us in that same day. Unfortunately, later that night I had to bring my cat to the emergency room at Tufts and he didnt make it. Afterward, the staff at Animal Care Experts all signed and mailed a very thoughtful condolences card that meant a lot to me.

This vet office is a great place to take your animals. My first visit was an unfortunate one with two elderly and ill dogs who we put down. They are all very caring and really consider the dogs quality of life before taking such a drastic step. they get the 5 stars for sure. Oh the office is clean and well maintained too.

Been coming here for years, and time and time again, they quote inaccurate prices. Come here expecting to pay what was quoted and end up getting charged more. The old " someone must have forgotten something, " excuse is running thin.
