I have been taking my 3 dogs and cats here for 8 years. The level of service is spectacular and everyone you come in contact with is happy to be there. All of the employees are true animal lovers and take such great care with your fur babies. They all have multiple pets of their own and are certified vet techs. If you want to go where everyone knows your name, this is the place. They take the time to get to know you and you are not just another random person passing through their doors. Dr. Fordney has been an outstanding caregiver and always takes the time to discuss the details and treatment needed in a way that is easy to understand. Highly recommend this office!!!

I am so happy with this vet office. My dog had to have emergency surgery and my regular vet could not do it. Dr. McKim saw my dog right away and got her fixed up and sent home the same day. Thank you so much, I will be taking my dogs to the VCA Charles Towne Animal Hospital from now on. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. McKim was patient and answered all of our questions and genuinely cared about the well being of my dog. I could not have asked for a better experience. The cost was lower than I expected it to be and my dog is happy and home, and she was well cared for while she was in the care of the VCA staff. Thank you again.
