Great vet, great staff! A couple of the vet techs also offer puppy classes! I took my puppy to Hollys puppy classes, and he benefitted so much from the socialization and the hands on exercises and training techniques that we did during class. Holly shares so much good information from grooming and hygiene, to handling/administering meds, first aid, and basic training and obedience. I took my second puppy to Petco puppy classes because it was closer to home, but realized quickly that was a waste of my time and money and paled in comparison, so I enrolled her in Hollys puppy class. Ill be enrolling my Gizmo in the obedience classes soon too! I dont know of any other vets that offer this level of service and this type of commitment to make sure that our pooch pals get off to a good start. Thanks team!

I have visited Valley Veterinary Services with my 2 kittens twice now, for a vaccinations/checkups, and surgery. I have found the Doctors and Staff to be very friendly and professional, and they are wonderful handling pets! They take the time to answer all questions and concerns, and make sure you understand all procedures being done. They follow up with phone calls and emails to make sure all is going well, or to give reminders if anything else needs to be done with your pets. The practice is neat and clean, and there is a welcoming grassy area outside for your pet to walk around in, or sit for a few minutes in the shade (or take care of other business!). I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Veterinary Service to anyone looking for somewhere to take their pets!

The care that the staff at Valley Vet has given to my cats has been superb. They have been very caring, listen well and treat my cats tenderly. They always explain what is going on and give options for treatment when available. My cats actually purr when handled by the staff even during exams! I love the added convenience of reminder appointments to my cell phone and email. Most of all I have found them to be extremely sensitive and caring when you have to make the hard decision to end the life of a beloved pet. They not only are with you but give you alone time with the pet and then on top of that send you a sympathy card with a picture of the pet. I dont know of many places that would go to those lengths for their customers.

Valley Veterinary Service with their exceptional Dr Crum and staff gave great medical attention to my cat Casey. He was dehydrated from throwing up and having diarrhea. His kidneys and liver were also failing. Their great compassion along with their medical expertise nursed Casey back. They kept in touch with me to make sure everything was improving. They had me bring Casey in for second round of fluids with appetite enhancers. Its been a month now, Casey is gaining weight, eating and drinking, grooming himself and is back to his old self. I will continue to bring Casey and any other pet that I may acquire to Valley Veterinary Service, I give them five stars and would recommend to all pet owners.

This veterinary office is truly one of a kind. When you walk in, you notice how everything is as clean, or cleaner, than most human doctors offices. Professional, polite and courteous staff greet you and get you checked in quickly. Once taken to the exam room, the staff takes extremely good care of your pet while explaining what they are doing and answering any questions you might have. The vets themselves are extremely knowledgeable, but if there is something they dont know, they look it up and call you back. Ive been going to Valley Veterinary Service for over 3 years now. I have 2 Golden Retrievers who have received exceptional care. I dont think I could ever find a vet quite as good as this one!

The entire staff is extremely kind and professional. They treated my dog as if he were one of their own. They seemed to genuinely care about his well being and stayed in contact with us throughout the whole experience. It was very obvious that they care about the pets they see. We werent treated as just another patient in their clinic, but as a part of their family. Its comforting knowing there are people out there who are still caring and considerate towards all sizes and shapes of our pets. Ive been to many veterinary clinics in the valley and would recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone I know. I cant stress how much they made you feel like they care.

The veterinarians and technicians are wonderful people, very patient, kind, and loving when treating my pet. Their prices are extremely reasonable, even X-rays and medications Ive found to be affordable. The veterinarians are also understanding if you are on a budget and creating a treatment plan that works for you and your pet. They have been treating my cat with chronic asthma for years and he is doing so well all thanks to Valley Veterinary Service. Dr. Crum specially investigated recent research, new treatments and medications just for my pet to ensure he lives a full, healthy happy life !

Very friendly staff, Miller (our great dane/lab mix) loves coming in to see the girls. They always spoil him with attention and make him feel welcome and cared for. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and want the best for your pets. We have seen both Dr Nelson and Dr Bartus and both have been great. They listen to our concerns and explain what the are doing as they are performing their exam. We have been coming to Valley Vet since 2011 and i dont think we could have found a better facility.

The professional treatment my cat got impressed me since I really felt bad to bring her there in such sad shape. Poor thing was cleaned up and attended to really quick and the results were amazing! I will always be very thankful to the valley veterinary service for being so gentle with my tiger girl. We felt like she had a new family when our experience was done. I could tell she felt much better. I got the distinct feeling that my cat was really important to them all. Thanks so much.

The care that my beloved dog, Roscoe, has received here has quite literally been off the charts. Not only is the staff friendly and concerned, the Doctors are extremely skilled and experienced. Valley Veterinary might not be the cheapest place to take your pet, but remember, you only get what you pay for! If you want to extend your pets quality of life, then youll definitely want to see either Dr Nelson, Bartos or Crum. Theyre the best collection of vets that youll ever find anywhere!

We love Valley Vet so much. We take both our pets, cat and a dog. They are a facility full of people, doctors and technicians, that love animals, which when youre worried about your fur children it is what matters most. We also took out Owen to puppy class with Holly and he loved it, along with us learning some great tips. Im excited that when my folks move into the area I have a wonderful vet to send them to. Recommend 100%

This is the most wonderful veterinarian office. The staff is friendly and compassionate. The doctors are kind and caring. The website in itself is so valuable to animal lovers who are seeking answers to many questions without having to make an appointment to see the docs. After searching for a veterinarian who loves my three cats as much as I do, I have finally found my own forever home at Valley Veterinary Services.
