I have been taking my children to Carolina Pediatrics since they were a year old. I had an appt for my daughter who is now 13 yrs old. It was pouring down rain and I was late for my appt by 15 min and they sent me home because I was late. Ever since I have started coming here I never once remember them ever seeing me in less than 30-40 min. I have been patient and understanding and waited in their waiting room, but when they sent me home for being late one time for 15min, I realize how poorly they value their patients and their time, I absolutely love the doctors but the system they run the office is terrible. I am updating my review, the above part happened 4 months ago, today I went back as I had a sick child, I went 10 min early to my appt, because of past experience. After waiting 1 hr in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist and she said the doctor had 4 patients in the rooms back there and was not going to see us for another 30 min!!! I left because I had other responsibilities! This office is really exploiting its patients. They know we have sick children and we love our pediatrician, so they are expecting us to wait indefinitely to see the doctor. This is worse than a 3rd world country treatment. I think they have completely forgotten the meaning of an appointment! It is a broken system and a very poorly managed office. I am starting to think that we as regular patients have enabled this office to mistreat us by never complaining for the long waits.

I absolutely love it here!!! More than just a doctors office! I have five children & have been part of Carolina pediatrics for almost 9 years!!! We see Dr Butcher, she is amazing! Has always been personal experience, never has she had to stare at a chart! I completely & uderly trust her with any of my children to any extents!!! Coming from me thats huge!!! Theres been few times over the years we seen another Dr in practice. Everyone is on their A game, very respectfull, caring, considering, ALL ABOVE! Never a bad thing with this place or any of the staff! I since moved, I travel an hour just to keep them as ped to my children!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not the practice for us. My husband and I both felt the staff were very unprofessional. They also pushed formula from day one (my daughter was only 3 days old). The lactation consultant referenced Wikipedia to incorrectly diagnose me. We switched to a different practice as soon as we could but unfortunately are still having to deal with issues caused by our visits here. I do not trust this place to take care of my child. Coming here was an unfortunate mistake and My family will not be back.

The answering service for carolina pediactrics is very poor and I always get a operator that has a no care attitude "this isnt my problem" attitude. Doctors are nice however front desk not so much. the hours are fantastic if they stood by them i think the hours are more of a marketing tool than actual convenience for the customer. ive tried to get my daughter a sat appointment or a late afternoon sick appointment and was told they were booked or a there was only one doctor so the patients were limited.

I have been coming here over 2+ years and absolutely love Dr. Butcher. She is so caring and answers all of your questions. Takes her time with you, so that means she takes time with everyone and it may be quite a wait time there. I havent met a pediatricians office where you dont wait a while though. Staff is great, and hours are wonderful. Ive had several appointments in which I get there after work at 5:15 or 5:30. Would reccomend to anyone!

Ive been taking my child to this practice for 2 yrs and would recommended to anyone. Dr. Mathias is the best! she is very observant and thorough during check ups; the staff is friendly, too. We just moved out-of-state now and sadly realized that most practices only seem to care about $$, nothing like Carolina peds, wish I could find a practice like them up here.

Dr. Mathias is VERY thorough with her patients. My son had a knot come up on his back. She got opinions from other doctors and sent him for further testing. It turned out to be a pediatric cancer called Neuroblastoma. If it wasnt for her my son may not still be here!! I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Pediatrics. Well worth the wait (if you have one).

My two children have been seeing Dr. Greene at Carolina Peds for the last year and a half now and we all are thankful we found her and this office. Relocating from Chicago, I wasnt sure who to see or where to go. Thankfully we found a thorough, thoughtful and professional doctor and staff here.

Fantastic group! We have been taking our son to this group since he was an infant. Hes 4 now. We see Dr Song! Love her!!! We have also seen other physicians in the office and have enjoyed them as well! Great office staff and nurses! Couldnt ask for a better pediatric office for our little guy ☺️

We see Dr. Cole have since my daughter has been 3 days old. She is 21 months now and we are very happy with Carolina Pediatrics. Dr. Cole is super friendly and professional also if we go for sick visit no matter who we see I know she is going to get top notch service.
